Very good breakfast. Sausages, hydrated eggs, yogurt, orange and apple juice, toast, bagels, english muffins, 3 types of cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bananas, oranges, apples, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Easy check in. Elevator working. Room cleaned alright. Decor and furniture nice.

The shower curtain doesn't stay closed due to the curvature of the bar it hangs on. The room could have been cleaned a tad better. The carpets in the room felt wet due to the humidity. The area is not very nice. There is nothing to do and the restaurants/ fast food places/ shops are very neglected by the employees.

Good location, Mcdonald's, Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts right next to the hotel and Walmart/ other shops at 10' walking. Bus station at Walmart with online tickets in app "catride" (3$ day ticket). Pool ok, rich breakfast (only at the werkend slightly different), caffee, cold ice water and hot water for tea 24/7 open. Cleaning every day (if you allow). Caffè mashine in the room. All in all, a good experience!

Carpet has a strong smell. Air conditioning very loud.

pool area was always clean which was awesome because that's all the kids wanted to do after football. breakfast was SO GOOD. all the staff were kind and friendly

it's an older hotel that's been sort of renovated... probably just paint and new rugs/beds and such. we had a "king suite" which was just two rooms that they left the a joined door open lol but it was nice to have two bathrooms.... because the toilet in one of the was DISGUSTING. looked like someone threw up in it and they forgot to clean the second bathroom. the pullout was old and terrible... thankful we brought a sheet and blanket for that guy.

Naples is expensive & this was the most reasonable property I could find. That said I was VERY pleased with our attractive, clean & very comfortable room. The lobby is, let’s say unpretentious. The staff were all lovely, polite & helpful. We got to our room to find we were bumped up to a suite, bedroom & bath with a nice living/sitting area & bath next door!! (Room was quite attractive.)Thank you so much! Bed & pillows were notably comfortable. Free breakfast was nice. This was my first La Quinta visit and I would definitely recommend. We were only there 1 nite & forgot to check out the pool.

the bath was a little worn but that is being nit picky it was clean & perfectly fine.

I wish I had been able to get in contact with the front desk. It seems if you call between 9am and 2pm it is almost impossible. If they are short staffed, I completely understand, but please pick up the phone and let us know that. I also asked to change a reservation date, the gentleman at the front desk said he would take care of it, but did not. Thankfully, I called back a couple of hours later to confirm, and I like I thought, no modification was made. I had to go with a room that didn't really suit my needs but made it work.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We drove 17 hours straight through. We originally had a air bNb, but unfortunately it was not ready yet when we came in. So we ended up booking this hotel online. Had little bumps at check in, but they made sure to smooth them out! Amazing customer service! They definitely go above and beyond!

We enjoyed the fruit-infused water available in the lobby all day. The hotel is easy to get to as you enter Naples from the highway. The facilities were clean.

The elevator didn't work and we had to carry our heavy suitcases to the third floor. The air-conditioning unit in the room was pretty loud. One of the receptionists was rude.

the public restroom off the lobby was NOT CLEAN, and had only a couple squares of toilet paper by 1pm. The commode bowl was GROSS, and the seat slipped to the side when I sat down, allowing skin-to-porcelain rim contact. Not pleasant! I would have reported my experience to the Front Desk personnel, but there was not one there at the time we departed, and our tight time schedule did not allow for a delay.

It is perfectly located and it is super clean and room was very comfortable. We stayed just one night but I wish it was more. We are already looking to book it for our upcoming birthdays. Not far from the beach and surrounded by different choices of places to eat.

I use this forum to warn others not to rent cars from BUDGET / AVIS.. I rented a car in Naples returned it to BOYNTON BEACH MALL's location on the east coast , one day early. BUDGET / AVIS than charged my credit card $350.- extra for 10 minutes of wacuuming. It was than impossible to get the $350.- back.
