beach chairs would have been a perfect touch - we spent $200 for 4 beach chairs then left behind .. lack of towels at the pool

Loved the updated design, the friendly staff, the am notices like complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the kitchenette in the room with appliances.

smoking in the pool bar area. I asked the front desk if it was allowed and she said definitely not. when I went back to the pool the bar tender asked the guy not to smoke. The bar tender pointed right at me ( which was inappropriate) and said she complained. Well, no one is to smoke on premises and the bar tenders should tell them no smoking. this happened 2 or 3 times and with the same happy hour customer that just drops by for happy our ( not a guest).

I love this place! We stayed last summer too and this was our second time. I stayed almost 2 weeks this time. Last year one week. We really enjoyed this time around further more with new manger in charge. The place is super clean and the staff is super friendly and professional. All of them from the general manager, to Tanya the other manager, and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff too! Gabrielle at front desk is dedicated and clearly one can see she works from her heart to ensure the best comfortable stay! They are so helpful in assisting with any concerns or items your room needs replenished. It felt like home. My kids even said they loved this place and my children have trouble adapting to new or unfamiliar places, but they never have any issues adjusting here. The rooms are spacious, and I never could hear noise from hallway. It’s so close to so much to see in naples and the breakfast has about all the variety you need!!! My cousins stayed elsewhere in naples at a upscale resort to pay way more and she had to walk 10 min or take shuttle to the pool that closed at dusk! This place has on site pool open till 10pm and it’s beautifully maintained with a bar too. My cousin now knows to listen to me next time!

Nothing all perfect!

We absolutely loved our time here. The hotel is clean with a lovely pool. The rooms are clean as well and have everything needed-the small kitchen area was great to have, especially the full size fridge and the microwave. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms impeccable. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Location wise it’s great to get to the beaches (you will need a car), the Everglades and local amenities. We’d definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I loved the location of the property. It is literarily around of the most popular places you could need either to eat or stores to purchase anything. It has everything to have fun with your family and friends.

I rented a suite 2 bedroom room and it was not provided with either spoons to eat and washer and dryer to wash the clothes after go to the pool or beaches.

Clean, comfortable beds, roomy, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Good location.

There was a large dog at the pool. We bought a dog also, but adhered to the rule that dogs were not allowed in the pool area.

My stay at Staybridge was excellent! The place is very modern, new, and spotlessly clean! The room was very spacious, very clean, with great bedding. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful with items such as scrambled eggs, sausages, beacon, oatmeal, yoghurts, bagels, fresh fruits & berries, etc. There is a very nice pool outside and patio with tables, fire pit and even several grills. Staybridge Suits was much better and nicer that many 4* hotels I stayed at. The manager (or owner) Terry is an extremely nice gentlemen and he runs the place very well! The lady who was at the reception in the evening when I arrived was very nice and helpful. Also kudos to the cleaning staff as they do a great job! Overall, very pleasant stay! the staff was great: attentive, friendly and always available even at midnight. The rooms were spacious. The hotel was quiet, there was always room at the pool, a huge parking lot.

it would have been nice to have a window to ventilate because the air conditioning is not always ideal.

Breakfast was good.

No mask enforcement. There were too many guests that did not wear masks although the signs in the hotel clearly indicated it was required
