The resort has one of the best pool/lazy river facilities and the room felt like an apartment vs a hotel room.

I didn’t know that the space was under maintenance and that the marketplace would be closed. There were no bottles of water in the room, the vending machines or for sale outside of the pool bar or restaurant. A very minor thing that didn’t derail the trip but I would loved to see easier access to bottled water.

Staff was very friendly and they were helpful. Lazy river model made me feel like an adventure.

They did not have heated pools or Jacuzzi. Guests would enjoy more comfortable the pools in a Floridian winter weather of March, if heated pools.

We love this hotel. Stayed in an apartment which was lovely. More space than the hotel which was ideal for our need. The gentleman in the hotel coffee shop is lovely. Recognised him from our previous visits. Always happy Why are reception staff not in a uniform. They looked a bit scruffy. Sorry. Reception staff need to be uniformed

Some staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Not like the past few visits in previous years. Didn’t like being asked about timeshare every time we approached customer relations. Went over to main hotel early one evening to sit by the pool after dinner and the towels and food bowls hadn’t been cleared away from all around the pool area. Not appealing at night time. No staff around either. There were loads of towels and food co trainers all around the pool area which was a great shame. Couldn’t get a reservation for the boat across to their beach as no space. Didn’t realise we had to book and when we did it was full for two days. So only had the one trip over.

Did not leave to get breakfast because we had to travel to tge Hyatt Regency, we were under the assumption that all the resturants that were on site were not.

More understanding of the on site facilties.

Great location, uncomplicated

The apartment was beautiful. Good space, nice furniture and good view. The only negative are the mattress. Much to soft.

-Very beautiful and well maintained complex with lots of nichy places and spacious pools. -Especially liked the 'Alligator' rafting part -Shania at the front desk made a later check out possible. Thanks again!

Excellent room. Good size to be with the family

The resort was beautiful. The pool area was very nice, unfortunately it got cut short due to the thunderstorms. The rooms are very nice and clean and have nice screened in patios. Very beautiful resort!

The veranda restaurant is expensive. Drinks are pricey and small. I know resort pricing can be high, but some of these items were definitely overpriced.

Great room and facilities

I don’t like the hidden resort fee that no one mentions at the time of booking?

We loved the beauty of the location and the lazy river was amazing! The pools and grounds were great also! Our room (like a condo) was on the third floor across from the pool and lazy river! We got to see bunnies running around which was pretty neat.

We thought when we paid booking.com it included everything. When you check out, you will also have to pay the hotel fee which is a daily fee added up. No housekeeping unless you can and request something specifically.
