I think it's 10/10 because it exceeded our expectations. I saw in the reviews that there's a construction but it didn't bother us even though our balcony was right in front of it. The beach is just there 2 mins walking, near to anything. Nice hotel, comfortable bed, great breakfast for sure! They charge 25$ destination fee per day but you can use it in drinks/breakfast credit. I asked the reception for water 3 times and they directly provided at no cost. I paid $5 for each in the previous hotel I stayed. Room is clean. Staff is nice. I'd stay again.

this is the 2nd time I’ve booked this hotel through booking.com, both times they’ve put me in a handicap room. Also they wouldn’t accept the credit card I had on file with booking.com. I think I’m going to quit using booking.com, as I discovered that I could’ve used Amex travel to book the room and the same and would’ve received my loyalty points. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I believe that almost $50 for 24 hour parking at a hotel that I've spent $300 a night for is unreasonably high.

Balcony is wonderful, pool, drinks etc rooms were modern and clean. Seconds from the beach, shopping , restaurants. Staff were great attentive and kind. It’s good for family with pets or couples looking to just have romantic alone time.

Not enough breakfast variety for making you pay, no warning about the construction working right in front of the beach view you paid for. No microwaves in the room. Toilets easily clog and are a weird square shape somewhat uncomfortable

good location, they just needed to let us use the beach chairs and towels since we arrived early they held our luggage but we had to go rent chairs and buy towels to use!!! I was not happy about that at all for the price we paid for the hotel, they should have let us use them early!!

The hotel is very clean, well maintained, very comfortable, and amazingly designed. The staff was all very nice, and the location is great, a few minutes walking to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend that hotel.

Everything was perfect.

Overall the stay was amazing. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The hotel was clean and visually appealing. Dominque at the front went above and beyond when checking us in. The views of the ocean and inter-coastal was fantastic. Steps from the beach..... I would recommend this location.

Front desk personal exceptionally helpful and friendly, shoutout to kevin ;) The personell off the Hotel bar on the other Hand was outrageously rude.

Great location! Brand new property (smelled really nice 😊). Nice pool area and views from the Pool. Beach access via the Ritz-Carlton.

Our bedroom view wasn’t the greatest. Coast view isn’t worth it! would rather have had the ocean view.
