The pool is very warm but only gets the sun from about 10-3. Very clean. Staff Friendly Walking distance to restaurants, beach, bakery/coffee place. Quiet

Location of this and the other properties in the Mgmt group were spectacular. Also multiple little points such as a little market, juice bar, bakery that made it special.

Left early on the day of check out so had to just drop the keys off at the drop box. Tried to check out on the app, website but that didn’t work.

The location to bars, restaurants and the beach was ideal. The staff was lovely, and we liked having multiple options for the pool. The king studio was perfect size for the two of us. We were also able to rent quality beach chairs for a low price! We loved Maggie at the front desk, quite the warm welcome!

There was only one accessible outlet in the bedroom, and only two total that we were able to use. We wanted to use it to charge our portable chargers, so that was the only difficult thing! The sheets had some stains from long term usage but other than that the place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again.

Friendly service, clean and comfortable. Maggie was a pleasure to meet. I was walked to my room and shown around. The location is wonderful. A very short two block walk to the beach, places for food and cocktails. Shopping isn't real far either. Plenty of parking for guests. The parking fee is cheap, ten dollars a day. Nice quiet music plays in the courtyard I'll call it and it's a relaxing atmosphere. They have two clean pools and plenty of pool towels. The rooms(I stayed two nights, left for six days and stayed another night before driving back to Ohio)I stayed in had a refrigerator and microwave, and a coffee maker, very comfortable king bed and walk in shower. I really liked the seafoam green ceiling with white walls. Something a little different than your normal white ceilings. Very cozy feel. I would recommend staying here, as I will again on my next South Florida trip.

Although the price was cheap for parking I don't like having to pay for it when I'm staying there. Just me and I understand why.

Out of all of the NBV locations, this one is the best maintained and managed. Unlike the others, the rooms in this location have been renovated to some extent and offer more of a resort feel, then simply inexpensive motel accommodations.

As in all NBV locations, they don't offer "cable" television but rather ROKU internet TV. Also, although the air-conditioning was not required on this trip, when on, it is noisy for sleeping. There are other competing accommodations in the same or lower price point which have upgraded their systems and much quieter for sleeping.

Small size hotel , very cute and charming, located very closed to the beach and to this nice bakery and restaurant. The access to the other pool properties that the landlord owns is a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. Deboarah at reception was lovely.

Right outside my room was the AC unit, pretty loud. Rooms a bit tired, but functionnal. Shower needs an upgrade. A bar service at the pool would be nice. Complimentary water as well (as this is pretty the norm everywhere now)

Aqua Hotel is the perfect location for spending time at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away. I liked that the hotel is situtated about a half mile to a mile from the most congested part of Fort Lauderdale Central beach, so it brings a calmer crowd from the Four Seasons and Conrad resorts that sit infront of it. There are cafe's near by and a handful of resturants that are easy to walk to if you don't feel like making way up to the party sceen. The King Stuido was a perfect size, it had a table with two chairs, a wardorbe, a microwave, safe, TV, and ice bucket. The bed was comfy with plenty of large pillows. The shower was well appointed with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beach chairs and beach towels were avail. at the office for guests. The staff was very friendly and the garden and pool areas were well kept. Overall a relaxing vibe. It's clean, efficient, and for the price a great value compared with the major resorts on the opposite side of the street. Like some reviewers tell you, it is open air hotel concept, but most places on the back side of the resorts are, (botique/ motel style) I felt safe though. One day I left the do not disturb sign on my door, and the staff was kind to put new towels and toilet paper in a bag on my door. I would definitely stay here again.

It's not too clear, but the $10 resort fee doesn't include parking. Make sure when you check in that you let the staff know that you are parking a car. It's $10 a day extra to park a car, which is a steal compared with other resorts or having to park your car at $25 a day in public parking. You will need a parking tag for your car which they will give you upon checkin. It would be helpful if this place had bikes and bike locks for rent, to make it easier to navigate down to the busier part of A1A. Although everyting is walkable, sometimes its easier to drive.

The location was great, one block from the beach. The room was large and clean. I went with a group of friends for spring break, the value was amazing. The hotel had a boutique relaxing vibe, with many amenities. We had access to all the hotels under the network, including ours with heated pools, jacuzzi, outdoor seating, and a grill. Room service is provided daily, beach towels are provided for free, and free rental of select chairs for the beach.

No major complaints.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were nice and had a lot of places to relax or hang out. It was also a great location, only a few blocks from the beach. Bed was decently comfy too.

There weren't really any outlets in the room. There were 2 that were accessible, one that had the TV plugged in and one that had the coffee maker and microwave plugged in. There was another behind the bed/headboard that had both lamps plugged in. I'd definitely recommend adding some outlets or a power strip, USB besides lamp, something else to be able to plug in.

First off… Maggie the property Manager is an EXCEPTIONAL employee! She went over and above to make sure our room and our stay was (more than) satisfactory! Our room overlooked the busy street… which was very entertaining! The room itself was very comfortable. The bathroom for the four of us was kind of small, but fine. We had an issue with hot water but it was resolved in fifteen minutes by sending a text to Maggie. Overall… this hotel (more like a two story motel) is a hidden gem.

Issue with hot water in the morning…as they have a new water heater. Issue was resolved in fifteen minutes.
