Hotel staff was great! Nina was very accommodating for us when we had requests during our checkin and wanting a different room. Rooms were Ikea nice, meaning they were simple and modern but you can tell the trim and other areas need some touch ups. But for the price I think it was very good. Most importantly the bathroom and kitchen were clean. Bedroom sheets were clean and crisp. Location was outstanding. Close to a few good restaurants and cafes. it was a family trip with a baby under 1 year and we would come here again.

Some of the guests came in late and we could hear them but it never was enough to keep us awake. Nothing I wasn't expecting for a weekend at a hotel. Our first room the pull down curtains weren't installed correctly so you could see into the room through gaps in the curtains. They allowed us to change rooms but they need to fix that room.

The staff did a wonderful job every day and always with a smile! No request was too much. Daily maid service was a bonus. The Cafe served delicious food and their wait staff were excellent! However, the property was overrun with college students on break who took over the outdoor spaces and pools making it virtually impossible to sit and enjoy any time at a pool. They were loud, usually drunk by mid day, played loud music, threw balls around and into the pool and punctuated most of their conversations with profanity. My suggestion is not to book here during Spring Break.

We went for a long weekend just for the beach and this place is the perfect location. It is one block to get to the sand and ocean! There are several restaurants in the area and it is very easy to walk around. There were plenty of beach chairs for rent. The hotel room we had was large and very clean. We loved the cute courtyard area.

I would stay here again mainly due to its great location to the beach. The staff at check in was not as helpful as I would have liked. We were not given a map of the hotel nor is there one in the room. We also were not given any info upon check in about local restaurants, how to rent beach chairs or anything else that might have enhanced our stay. There isn't anyone in the office on a regular basis. You have to ring a doorbell and wait while they come from somewhere on the property so you can't just pop in easily to ask a question.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s 1 block away from the beach which was great. There was several restaurants and small shops nearby. There are 2 pools and a hot tub at the hotel. The Village Cafe was a but pricey but very delicious (especially the pancakes! 5 stars from our kids! Best pancakes ever!)

The facilities were very clean but a little aged (for example our shower was difficult to turn on and off due to apparent rusted/stuck handles. We were with little kids and none of the pools have a section for small kids - one is 4 feet minimum and the other is 3 feet minimum. Make sure to bring a life jacket if you have small kids.

Black mold on ceiling above shower head, placed on the second floor when the hotel was empty, sofa in the wrong spot, flooring was warped in bathroom because of water getting on the floor from shower, no shower door. Ants in our bathroom first & second day. Window in bathroom was shattered, hotel put plastic over it and plastic sheeting. Seems like things aren’t fixed the right way, only bandages are used.

A charming little hotel/apartment complex. There were two hearted/hot pools and three cooler pools (a bit too cold for December). The room was stark and needed a few more towel rails but was perfect for what we needed. The beach is so close and while there are only tourist supermarkets nearby, there is a fancy bakery a block away along with a few restaurants and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that has a good variety of breakfast fare. They were closed for dinner while we were there. There a small reception who were very helpful.

A few mosquitoes in the room. Both the fan and a/c going which was a bit excessive. Several remotes, but none seemed to turn down the TV volume.

A little outdated, but because of the location to the beach it was exceptional! More of a bungalow/ cottage feel. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The restaurant on site was good as well. Also, the pools and hot tubs on the premises were great!

Perfect location! It is quiet, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Parking: They have plenty of parking around the hotel for the guests for just $10. Check-in: Check in-process was fast. An Argentinian gentleman gave us a map and provided an extra blanket after we asked. They sell water at reception for $2 per bottle. Room: The room is spotless and spacious. We got upgraded to a room with a small kitchen. It was very clean bed sheets, clean but little old towels, a small hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap, TV, air conditioner, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Pool: There are a couple of pools and a small hot tub on the territory. Other than that, it’s a lovely place to stay. Good price and location. Great place for breakfast at the hotel territory

It will be great to have a couple of complimentary water bottles in the room. The shower needs some maintenance. Some silicone parts got moldy and loose.

The room was spacious enough for 2 people. Location was great, not far from the beach and little cafes and restaurants were available around the property. The housekeeper was amazing! The beds were made daily and new towels were provided without having to ask.

The room lacked storage, there was no dresser. Very few hangers to hang up clothes. There was also no mirror in the bathroom, I had to purchase one at a local Walmart. There are no elevators and we were located on the 3rd floor which made it a little difficult with heavy luggage.

Loved the big hot tub in the middle of the facility the character and beauty of it...more old fashioned with modern touch...many pools so you wouldnt feel crowded...great location to the beach...staff was friendly

There was 2 hot tubs advertised and 1 was broken the whole time we was there....and they closed the hot tubs at 830/9 due to noise..when advertised that quiet time is 11pm...i just feel thats very early to people wanting to get away and relax..you spend your days out eating dinner and at the beach you want to come back and relax till 10/11 bedtime.... Also wish the bed had fitted sheets...it was two flat sheets tucked in and woke up every morning on the sticky plastic matress cover...
