Hotel was beautiful! From the rooms, to the lobby, to the pool/hot tub. It was all amazing.

Most of the staff were friendly. The real issue we had was with housekeeping. Upon arrival, we were not informed that we had to request housekeeping each morning. We found that out the next day after we got back to a messy room. The next day we requested it and some of the garbage was not taken out and we did not get fresh towels. The following day, we requested again, and the room was not even touched! We had a very poor experience from this standpoint.

I was charged $105 for parking and I didn’t have a car.

I don't like the parking situation there. You guys need to invest in another form of parking instead of getting $35 a day to park. Self service parking would be great.

The hotel is stunning, and just a road away from the beach. It is super clean. The room was huge; a big bed with a lot of comfy pillows. The bathroom is big and gorgeous with a bluetooth mirror to listen to music while in the shower. All the staff I interacted with were really kind, especially Jordan. She is the best.

I felt the rate was quite pricey given that breakfast was not included for the option I chose. The closest shops are about a mile away so, walkable, but probably a car / Uber would work best to get around Fort Lauderdale instead of walking. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, but the frequency of the bus service was not ideal. The heater/AC was also a little loud.

The rooms were clean upon arriving. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Valet service was very prompt.

There was two things that I didn't like. The first was that the beds slide all over the place because there is nothing to hold the beds in place. The second thing was that we stayed for 5 nights and from what I read housekeeping was suppose to come in and tidy up after day 3. When I asked house keeping if they could just sweep the floor on day 3 (sand from the beach was on the floor) they told me no. There also isn't really much around to do other than the beach which is about a block away. So although it was a nice hotel to stay at unless you enjoy walking a lot I would suggest renting a car if you did not drive there.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. My room came with an extra sleeper sofa. The pool was just big enough to have space not to bother other people but small enough not to be intimidating.

The hotel is far from the restaurant’s etc. You can’t walk to the part of the boardwalk that housed the cluster of restaurants. The in hotel restaurant menu was very limited. The rooftop bar was not set up.

Excellent location, clean and modern facility. Good value especially given the location. Much nicer inside than what one expects based on the exterior. The exterior is also nice but not as much so as the interior.

Pricing directly was much higher than online. Clerk at the front desk quoted me a supposed discount and that price was still more than online. Check in was not sufficiently secure. I booked for relatives visiting from abroad and checked in with them which I explained at check in. The front desk never asked for ID or even the names of the actual guests.

I didn’t like that the hotel before you book it they lack to mention you have to give a $150 dollar deposit also you have to pay 35 dollars a night for your car in the valet also wasn’t mention and house keeping must be requested

Valet parking. I don't like valet in general specialy in hotels plus extra charges of 35$. Just let me park my own car more efficient and faster

This classy, modern, boutique hotel was perfect for us. Loved everything about this hotel!!! It has a very nice lobby bar that we enjoyed and breakfast that is optional/extra. We were in FL overnight for a connecting flight to the Bahamas. We Ubered to the hotel and walked to happy hour (Sandbar grille) and dinner (Shooters/awesome!). We sail frequently and will stay here again...only longer next time!
