Location, the staff were very personal, food in the Steel pan. The activities they had while we were there. The hotel smelled very good.. ( I want to know what do they used it was very pleasant). Very Clean throughout the hotel. They sent text msg to let you know what was going on every day at the hotel. Our housekeeper did an awesome job with cleaning our room.

The beds In our room were too small to really accommodate 3 people. The hotel didn't promote the Circuit for guest to get around for free instead of Uber/Lyft. The older blond headed guy in Steelpan was rude and he double charged me for my food on 6/7/24, and he told me there was no way he could charge me twice. I was in room 1216 and was charged for my food 2xs @$15.50 from happy hour menu.

The location on the beach is nice. The hotel restaurant has good food and a nice view. It was easy to walk across the street to the beach chairs each day. This part of the beach was less crowded than the area by beach place. The view from the room was amazing.

The $51 a day valet parking was annoying. When the hotel got busier on the weekend, we had to wait a longer time to get our car. The elevators are small and as the hotel got more busy, we also had long waits for an elevator and cramped space once you got inside. Adding up the parking and the resort fee made the bill increase by 30%. Something to keep in mind when you book at the stated rate.

my over all experience was great. i booked the breakfast include with booking.com. the the hotel said we have to pay for breakfast and they deduced 16$ per day. which cover for 1/3 the cost of the breakfast. would be appreciated to know it when booking with booking.com before paying more per room when booking and end up paying 2/3 of your breakfast anyway.

I liked the location, we upgraded to a better room with a full view of the beach. It’s lovely. The check in/check out were easy, the bed extremely comfortable, a very clean room, and the shower was excellent. We did not try the breakfast- we had dinner and breakfast nearby. The staff made some nice recommendations.

This was a precruise stay, and our flight was delayed. Cruises now are sailing out at 3 pm, so we weren’t able to see more of the hotel, use the pool or visit the beach.

Great location. Comfortable modern rooms. Good AC. Wonderful staff. Nice pool. Delicious food at the restaurant. Access to beach chairs and umbrella.

The location was perfect! Right across from the beach. I was given 2 free drink vouchers to their restaurant/bar inside the hotel. They also offered 2 free beach chairs on the beach between 12-5 for staying at Sonesta. The entire stay was AMAZING! Staff was very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. It is valet parking only, but it was convenient and the cost per day was $55. The valet staff was very friendly and helpful as well. (Valet staff work for tips) Everything was soooo clean and as soon as you walk in the lobby the hotel smelled AMAZING!

The beds were kinda stiff and the pillows were soft but they would get flat and didn't hold their shape.

The view was beautiful. Loved waking up to the sun rise on the horizon..modern, super comfy beds :)

The shower didn’t have a full door, so that was a little weird. The bathroom has a frosted privacy window, which is nice.. BUT it’s right near the bed. My husband went to the bathroom in the middle of the night & the light lit up the room. I had a very nice time overall, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant unfortunately. Went to dine in & the waitress sat us and advised she’d be with us shortly- then attended to 2 tables that were sat AFTER US. We ended up getting up & left after waiting over 15 min to even order coffee. Before checking out, I ordered breakfast to go. The vegetable frittata was SMOTHERED in goat cheese. Not appetizing at all..the island French toast was delicious though. As well as the breakfast potatoes. Overall, we had a nice time. Despite these minor disappointments.

The location was great! Right across from the beach. The hotel was clean and smelled great 😊 The staff were very friendly yet professional. Always smiling. The room was clean and the view was amazing, facing the ocean. The only thing, if you want your room fixed/clean towels , you need to request that. The coffee in the room was very good and if you need anything, call the service desk and it will be right up at your room with a beautiful smile Thank you so much for making my stay pleasant.

Staff tried to charge me the resort fee that was already included in cost. Also, people at valet parking are very sneaky trying to extract cash from you, saying that parking is only cash, then when cash is given, the assumption you paid for parking, when in fact the hotel still charges you. I took this up with valet manager, and first thing manager asks me, is if I have a receipt for proof of cash payment for valet. When I heard this, I knew manager is also in on this. Very sneaking to say the least.
