I love the location it's has a wonderful pool and very convenience because very close to the stores and restaurants and the customer service of Mrs Helen really nice host

The only thing I have to be honest the lady who clean a little trouble maker because she doesn't want to go to bring the bags for trash she was saying to much hot and also she doesn't want to change me the sheets of the bed she told me there is a charge of $700 that's not true I work in the industry of hospitality and there something in her look something not good

room was clean with a nice set-up--dressers, desk, big closet, kitchen stocked with dishes and silverware. staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. property has nice tables and chairs to sit at for breakfast, hanging out, etc. we didnt use the pool because we were so close to the beach, but it looked nice and had lots of available lounge chairs.

on the first floor, couldn't open curtains for natural light because everyone would see right in to our room. (not a huge deal as we spent most of our time outside anyway!)

The location was perfect, right down the street from many shops and restaurants and was a block from the beach. The street traffic was loud but bearable. There was ample seating area outside and by the pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of towels and shampoo/soaps for use.

The pool was not heated so we could not use it. We found 3 small roaches in the bathroom, otherwise the place was very clean and well kept.

Great location, easy to walk to center of town and to beach, quiet, staff were amazing, would definitely stay here again. They also own the Blue Strawberry and we are staying there later this month. Can’t say enough about the staff and the kindness the showed to us, we got an emergency call while we were there with a family death so we had to leave early, never expecting we would get comped for the room but they did do that for us.

There is nothing we didn’t like. Would for certain stay here again.

I stay here every year. It's clean, safe, affordable, the staff is very accommodating and you can't beat the proximity to the beach and to town. I travel for a low key beach vacation and Horizon by the Sea is the perfect spot for me and meets my expectations. I've noticed the property has continued to make upgrades over the years and it's nice to see their commitment to their guests & the property.

Mattress could use an upgrade

the property was super clean, a classic beach hotel just 5min walk from the beach front! The owners are super friendly and super attentive, the rooms are very well kept, clean, has all the facilities you need, Wi-Fi is great and overall a lovely place to stay.

i just feel there should be a member of staff in the property at all times or at least a visible security person just so it assured quest they are safe. this is just as extra because the location it self was extremely safe.

This is the perfect beach hotel! We have stayed at LBTS many times and finally found this hidden gem! It was very clean and near restaurants, bars, and beach access within very close walking distance! Helen at the front desk was amazing and beyond helpful and the housekeeper Dina was also!  We will definitely be making this our hotel whenever we go back to this cute little beach town!!

The staff was great. They called us in advance to let us know if we were ok with changing our room to a double bed because the HVAC was not working for the original room we requested. I appreciate how they gave us notice and the room was still great for us.

Not a big deal but a minor issue was the TV. It didn't have any cable channels unless it was localized or basic antenna but the reception was really poor when we stayed there.

Super cozy Inn. It is right by lots of restaurants and beach access. Staff was very friendly. Pool was clean and well-maintained. I did not use it but I heard it was nice cold water. My room had a kitchen and it was very clean and had everything you may need. Not modern but very clean and well maintained. If your expectation is 5***** then this is not your place. But honestly, my room was simple and had a cozy feeling to it. I used their Wifi while working during the weekdays and it was great. I'm not sure if they provide beach towels, I did not ask but I wish they did when I checked in.

The location is amazing. You could just walk to the restaurants. It’s the best way to do that anyway, driving in the area is difficult. It is also just two blocks from the beach. You could just walk there. The staff at Horizon was so friendly and accommodating. They were literally the best part of my stay.
