cute property! loved that it was a key and not a card to get in the door.

the signs said when the pool closed but the guy at the front came In about a half hour prior asking if I knew when it closed…I said yes it’s on the sign….he said guess again it’s about ten minutes before?? if you have to close it for a reason, okay? but don’t say it like that when it’s clearly on the sign….the way he said it was not right and it was closed why? because he wanted to leave early?

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and that it had a small kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, good shower pressure and it was quiet. Having free parking was great. Also, the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Let me first say that I would stay here again; however, it is an old hotel that could use some maintenance. My only real complaint would be mildewing caulk in the shower.

This motel is adorable. The pool area is beautiful and the room was fantastic. While a little small for my family of four (with two teens), if someone had little kids it would probably be perfect. The kitchen was great to have and I was surprised to have a small balcony inside the room. For the price, this was a great value. I would definitely stay there again.

I would have preferred to be a little closer to the beach (about a 5 min walk), I knew that was the case when I booked. The description was very clear.

The staff, especially Oliver. Very friendly and accommodating. Available with a phone call when the office was closed. I also enjoyed the friendliness of the other guests. And the location was perfect for us.

A/C not very cold. Just enough to cool the room slightly. We were gone during the day and it was okay by evening so not a deal breaker to me.

property is beautiful! love all the foliage. and music plays on grounds speakers so feels fun and festive.

Property needs much better linens and towels. They are very thin and and stained but laundered.

What an excellent place. Oliver, the owner, was authentically friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was also amazing. Access to the beach is only a few blocks away. The pool was also surprisingly nice (it was heated!). My family really enjoyed it. The beds were very confy too. We could stay in a fancier place, but I prefer how cozy and family oriented this hotel is. We stayed in a room with a small kitchen with all the necessary appliances and more. The landscaping, even the ambient music in the hallways was much appreciated. I would visit this hotel again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend it.

The people and guests were very friendly. The property is very well kept and great location. Heated pool was amazing!! Would definitely rebook for next year!

I like the hotel/motel overall. The owner was pleasant and friendly. The guy at the front desk in the morning was pleasant as well! We had the pool to ourselves and stayed on the ground floor right by the pool. The room was spacious for a family with two children age 5 and 1. The beds were comfortable. It has a small kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. To go to the beach, you have to walk towards flamingo ave. It's about four minute walk. We would stay again!

The toilet has low pressure? Flushed twice. The yellowish water didn't bother us. No restaurants nearby. We took Uber. We walked to Waves Souvenir shop. It's a small plaza with small stores and coffee shop. Its about less than ten minutes walk.

Our stay at this hotel was more than we could've asked for! I had the best time with my friends, the staff was great, and it was super close to beach access. We didn't spend a lot of time in the actual room and pool area, but when we did we had to complaints at all! I also love all the plants around the hotel! I think that it really set the mood for being at the beach but not on the beach! Overall, 12/10 experience for my Spring Break in Ft Lauderdale! :)

I wish the pool was open later than 9:30, but I totally understand why it isn't! Other than that, I have no complaints for this hotel!!

Everyone was nice, including most of the other guests. The hotel is small, so the pool is always available for use. The beach is a short walk from the main road. There's a Wynne Dixie and dunkin on the next block for snacks and coffee. There are a ton of food places within walking distance. There is a small cash deposit of $20, which is reimbursed when the key is returned. It is an actual house key 🔑 not a card, so I totally get it. The pool area and corridor are really nice. There is no smoking in the rooms, but the corridor has tables and chairs right outside of every room where you can smoke. My room needed some upkeep, and there were some things that could use repair, but overall, everything was OK. I will return if I am ever in Fort lauderdale again. Thank you for the stay.

One thing that I wasn't a huge fan of were the rowdy guests coming back from bars late at night and just hanging out in the corridor, making noise. There is no night staff or security, so you are pretty much on your own when it comes to that.
