bathroom needs upgrading. shower curtain was old. there was an indentation in the wall near the window that needs repair. i told front desk i was checked into the room with that issue on the wall but didn't say anything until 2-4 days later as I didn't want to be accused of the damage. I stayed as i like how the room was cosy.

breakfast met basic needs but some form of protein would have been nice to add to the day beside ( egg. Protein, right?) pool was closed off when i arrived. opened later , saw many guest/families enjoying themselves.

Breakfast was great! Long hours every day. Even our late sleeping teens could get some waffles. Every day they were outside cleaning the facilities, sidewalks everything. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Rooms were good size, and the ac worked great!

The pool was super warm, but I guess that's to be expected in Florida? We called the week before our stay asking for rooms together (we had 4 rooms) and for one to be on the bottom floor at least, we were traveling with our parents that have mobility problems. We ended up on the 3rd floor, no elevators for all rooms, and 2 were in a separate building. They charged my card before we arrived even though we said pay at the property, we ended up paying with another card when we got there but I still have to dispute the charges that have gone thru my bank card.

The location was good. We did not eat breakfast because we left at 6 am

The matress was broken in the middle room 288 which i could not sleep good but due that it was just fo one night i did not make a fuss but i informed the front desk . I guess the janitors did know about this it would of been nice when i told the front deak agent that she would of told me oke we will refund you half of the money but the only answer i got from her was oke i will put in an order. I told her i took pictures of the bed.

I was very pleased with the way the receptionist assisted me and other customers. I arrived late and my "No Smoking" room was not available. She was very apologetic and personally walked with me to examine another room that was not available due to the air conditioner not putting out very cold air. (It was to be repaired the next day). When we entered, I told her, that the temperature was just fine for me. I loved the room because it was on the ground floor and very close to where I could park my car. The free breakfast had a variety of eats and beverages. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Even the coffee in my room. Oh, I did see two small roaches. So I suggested fumigation.

Nothing.

The property is built nice in a decent community. The rooms were big and clean and they also had complimentary dove soap and coffee. They also had a dining room available in the morning. I like how the tv had everything and nothing was broken. The bed was very comfortable and as soon as me and my boyfriend went in it was not blasting cold the ac was set on a nice temperature. My boyfriend and I are in love with la quinta hotel. We will definitely be coming back in the future. It’s also affordable.

There were no toothbrush or toothpaste paste. The dining staff don’t stack up on breakfast because when we reach to breakfast by 9am we didn’t have much option on food.

I liked how friendly all the staff was and helpful when needed. The pool was a huge plus and breakfast offered every morning. Plus the coffee was awesome. Lol

Honestly nothing, maybe other then some sketchy looking people, but they don’t bother you if you don’t bother them type stuff. But that just comes with staying in a hotel. Nothing bad to say at all.

Loved the pool and hot tub.Front desk staff were great.Promlems were taken care of cheerfully and quickly. Thumbs up to all of them!

Dining area attendant was rude and uncaring that there was no knives, stir sticks, napkins or plates. No cream cheese or peanut butter. Every day there was something missing. Most days we either went out for breakfast or went to the grocery store and bought our own adding to the cost of our stay. Since we are Canadian, the exchange rate added 30 per cent to the total. We were not happy about that. Also, the cleaning schedule left a lot to be desired.We repeatedly had to request that beds be made, towels be replaced etc. Sometimes this was done other times not as much.

Too many carbs too many carbs, eggs and bacon right orange juice coffee. When we got downstairs there wasn't enough breakfast they were putting it away and it was only 9 A.M So they just gave us muffins in coffee Scram Would have been nice and bacon I don't do carbs A lot of people were saying that they don't do carbs

To enjoy a breakfast at least some eggs bacon sausage hash brown coffee orange juice apple juice something to make us feel more welcome

Nothing extraordinary, but comfy beds, quiet room, large warm pool with separate hot jacuzzi. Kids really liked making waffles for breakfast! It was a bit dated, but decently clean. lots of good TV channels and wifi worked well. Our room was on the opposide side, so was all quiet.

few minor things really: there could have been a third blanket (we were three, so had to share a bed) and our bathroom door lock didn't work. towels at the pool were dirty?!?

the wifi did not work during my days the carpet in room 131 needs to be replaced the mattress of the beds must be replaced, it has an ugly stain the air duct needs to be cleaned or the filter replaced You have to put more soap on the person who is there for several days as they don't have to go hunting for soap, the table lamps have to be replaced, the high and low light regulators do not work correctly. In the corridors you could place solar lights to save on your bills and increase your profits, the soap dispenser machine does not work and I took money and did not give me the soap I had to go to the gas station to buy and nobody, not even the concierge, helped me, everything was They looked at their faces for a little soap that lack of hospitality On the other hand, the man who wets the plants I asked him for salt and pepper, he helped me, he took me two and a half sachets, he was very kind, everyone at the counter or lobby was very kind, on my next trips I will choose them for that, they are kind, correct and polite, unlike wsp I won't go back to that hotel that is not your brand...for the rest of my life. thank you so much
