The location was amazing for our short stop over for a cruise, close to the port and walking to beach. The owner took care of all our needs and went above and beyond. Very friendly and so accommodating. Very sweet lady. The room was clean, spacious and bright. Thankyou again

I really had no complaints

This was a cute little hotel a short walk to the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable and we loved the kitchenette for preparing breakfast and heating up restaurant leftovers. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow if you ask at the office. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We walked to the beach, restaurants and water taxi. The location was a short 6 minute taxi drive to the cruise port at the end of our stay. If you don't need a big hotel with bars and beachfront, but want character, clean and comfortable, we would highly recommend The Sea Beach Plaza.

The hotel charged our credit card for our stay even though we had already paid through bookings.com. I am happy to report that after contacting the hotel our money was refunded very quickly. An apology was quickly given and the problem was solved in a timely manner. Just check your credit card.

From the outside may make you shy away. But my third time here and will be going back. Location is great and has free parking. It’s a small three story old style motel. With clean spacious and comfy rooms. Nice pool and one block from the beach. Ten min was to town. I think an exterior paint job to pink or something bright could be game changer if they even need that.

Diamon in the ruff. Nothing bottom like. If your looking for a pool and bar at the pool vibe not for you. It’s chill small and perfect. Close to everything you want. No report fee and free parking makes renting a car ideal.

The two rooms and bathroom were spacious with nice ceiling fans in each room. The refrigerator is medium-sized, which is very nice with a functional kitchen area equipped with dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware. The manager was very accommodating for our stay, which we're grateful for.

The detachable shower head was broken, which is only an issue if you enjoy this amenity as much as I and my family do. There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we ran out with no one available to replace it until the next day.

On arrival the exterior of the hotel looked dated and the pool untidy (we didn't use it as we didn't have time). The immediate local area seems to be undergoing some development -however big brand hotels were neighbours, so we knew it was a good location. The gentleman on reception was lovely and on entering the large suite it was outstanding. Exceptionally clean, gorgeous décor, plenty of room and very comfortable for a family of 4 (3 beds including a sofa bed). The area was quiet and the location ideal for an evening boat trip we had booked, which was easily walkable - even late at night.

A tidy up of the outside required- especially the pool area.

The front was extremely nice and helpful. They let us store our luggage there until the room was ready for checkin. They were so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed talking with her. She had a contagious smile. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. Close walk to the beach and restaurants.

The only issue was the light that was right outside our door. I think it was pointing at our window. It was very bright. The curtains hide quite a bit but light still shined through.

A wonderful boutique hotel with a serious art Deco feel. Modern very clean no hassle parking and walking distance to everything. A very safe location for children and families and in my case business. I appreciated the iron and ironing board in the utility closet thank you very much. I have no complaints except I would love the water temperature in the shower to be hotter because I hate just warm showers thank you.

The owner was very accommodating when it came to check in time. She was super friendly and very helpful. Wonderful beach within short walking distance.

The first night I stayed the card reader didn't work so I had to call the hotel however all the numbers posted on the building weren't in service but the one I got from online worked. And a member of staff got their pretty quickly to fix the problem and I was able to check in with ease.

Spacious room, nice amenities, pool was nice. Coffee and fruit bars appreciated.

AC to close to bed wasn't able to get it away from my face while sleeping. I had to clean the filter myself as it was really dirty. Bathroom not real clean behind door and around window . No room in bath for our traveling necessities. Had to use the laundry basket as a table .Need to put in a regular sink. Pretty but not functional. No where in the beautiful shower to place soap and shampoo except the floor. The mattress was dipping in the middle. Uncomfortable for us .

Location is great, tucked away with parking included. It's an older hotel that is redone very well. The front desk gentleman was great! Super thorough, informative and really nice. The rooms were very clean and the refrigerator size was great for bringing breakfast foods and drinks.

Because it is an older establishment, you do run into the issues of AC in the rooms not being able to keep up as much. We chose the bed next to the unit, so we were okay but the other couple said it was warm. They do have a fan, which helps. The ice machine was also out of commission, which was a bummer, but that's an easy fix for them.
