Such a great stay!! We travelled with 2 dogs and were happily welcome to a beautiful, lighthearted reception and staff. Our room was spacious. We had a cooler of frozen foods, drinks and pantry items between moving and the full size refrigerator and lovely charming kitchen made the transition less stressful. The hotel amenities and breakfast was absolutely delightful. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family visiting. Thanks so much!!

We have no complaints. Our pups especially enjoyed the a/c blowing their ears up into the air when it was on. Check in and check out was simple and ease of use of facility with a 24 hour gym was great!!

Everything was great!!

That we had to leave early due to hurricane Ian, we returned to Miami, Fl without traffic or in a hurry… sorry about Ft Myers beach and the people 😪 we tried to alert as much that we can about the hurricane coming to Ft Myers,John Morales (chief meteorologist from nbc6 in Miami said so and ask the hurricane center about the warnings) very sad , very sad, my friends are ok 🙏🏻 We will visit soon!

Location, price, amenities, service. Loads of parking. Modern and contemporary looking. Clean and comfy. Love the rooms because we get a full fridge and microwave so can put a lot of our own shopping into the room with us.

One of the elevators lighting wasn’t working. Staff were aware but kept elevator operating. Little uneasy getting into the elevator in pitch darkness with strangers. Good thing they were nice strangers and we were only going to the 3rd floor so the ride was short.

Michael was a great choice for the person who greeted us. Friendly and attentive, answered our questions and was helpful

The American flag out front on the pole was ripped, and this was disrespectful to me as a veteran of the United States military (disabled veteran).

This is our second stay at this location. It couldn't be more centered in the middle of everything and the amenities are wonderful for the price. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the employees are amazingly nice and friendly. Will stay again.

The shower was not the cleanest. We always clean ourselves when we get there and it cleaned easily but it wasn't expected. Everything else looked good though.

Room was large in comparison to most hotels we stay in. Comfy beds. Clean facilities . Lots of towels in bathroom. Loved the kitchen and fridge options available. Room decor was pleasing to to eye. Everyone was friendly and would greet us, from the front desk staff to housekeeping and maintenance workers. Pool area looked appealing with the design and seating. Plenty of parking available on site. It was the little things at this hotel that made a big difference. Overall an excellent place to stay at close to shops and I-75. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The only complaint would be the breakfast juice bar not operational at the time. Staff accommodated by providing alternative cold drink options which was fine. No major complaints at all.

The room was very clean,the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and all the amenities! I would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I didn't get to use the pool, but it was very nice and clean. Loved that they were pet friendly.

Wonderful staff. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and said Good Morning with a smile every day. Rebecca who checked us in was so friendly and knowledgable about the area. She is a treasure but everyone was so wonderful. Breakfast each morning was very enjoyable. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

The elevators sounded scary. breakfast could have had better choices ( more types of cereal and healthier hot foods), and we were told when we checked in the pool stayed open until 10:00 but we’re asked to leave at 9:00
