Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. Excellent location away from the commercialism of Destin, still close enough for the famous beaches! Tiki bar on the right, seafood restaurant on the left. Smoking rooms on the 3rd floor which were properly aired.

We have stayed here 4 times now, and always have a good experience. Check in is quick, prices are great, it is always clean, and The Shack is right next door. This is our go to stay when we are in town.

Everything! The employees were the best all of them! It’s so clean and they are very attentive to your needs from them! We were there for 7 nights and everyday they would come in and only grab trash and straighten the room up and leave tons of clean bath towels hand towels rags and even cosmetic rags specifically for the women! That was huge! Plus all their linens are absolutely spotless and clean and new and fresh looking every time they change them out! They would also make our bed and I brought some of our comfort pillows and my blanket and they arranged them so sweetly as if they provided them for us! The room perfect and the location was perfect. We are most definitely staying here again in the future! We booked a 7th night through someone other than them for our room and they made certain we got to stay in our corner room and didn’t make us switch rooms! There was also zero noise from the bars that I kept reading about in the reviews!

Not much to complain about. I se people complain about the over flow parking but there are cameras pointing everywhere on this property so even the over flow parking spots are secure!

Perfect. We wanted a safe comfortable place to stay that wouldn't break our vacation bank and got exactly what we wanted. The owner Sean was outside when we showed up alittle earlier than checkin time. It's 4pm not 3pm like the website said but he made sure we didn't get an extra early charge as long as our room was ready. Great experience all around. Rooms were clean, bathroom and tub were clean. Which has been problems before at other establishments. Friendly people working. Pool looked clean even though we didn't get time to swim. Too busy at the beach a short drive away. Kids extra fee of only $10 a night if you mistakenly order the two person adult rooms. If it's under a certain age they is no extra charge.

The location here was perfect. Plenty of restaurants close by and a short drive to the big public beach. The pool area was nice to sit while my son swam. Pool was never crowded, and nice sunsets over the boat dock. Saw ducks, hermit crabs and fish in the water on the property.

Front desk check in could have been friendlier. She wasn't mean, just abrupt. If you are traveling with kids make sure you have them added in your rate because they will add it there. I booked for 2 but they added 10 bucks a night for our son, but not a problem. The beds are high, it was hard to sit on the beds comfortably and there's no comfy chair to sit in. There's a desk chair but it was not comfy, so while in the room I was not really able to relax or be comfortable. Sleeping was OK. We were very careful not to mess anything up, or stain any towels or sheets. They seem very strict about charging for things like that. Overall, we'd go back because the beach was close and perfect for our stay.

we have stere here several times. Rooms are very nice and updated. Beds are very comfortable. It is in a great location and and close to everything. Seeing the bay is amazing for sunsets. Restaurants are on both sides. The are both amazing. We will be there again in July.

Really nothing we did not like. we haven't had anything we didn't like during our stays. We love the closeness to Destin/Ft. Walton and PCB ... kinda rite in the middle. We also love that there's resturant on both sides, because we have eaten there and after a long day, climbing in bed is the best =]-

The location was very nice. Very close to a few very nice restaurants. The property bordered a marina. The rooms were clean with decent amenities.

I reserved a 1st floor king bedroom due to physical handicap. When I arrived I was told I'd be in a 2nd floor king. I was given another room that had 2 queen beds instead on the 1st floor. The rooms were non-smoking, but rooms on either side it was obvious Marijuana was being smoked.

We literally love Seabreeze. Through all the updates and remodels we have continued to stay here. My husbands family lives in Ft Walton & this is our go to place every single time we come down! The staff is amazing and the location couldn’t be any better. Huge bonus are the two restaurants on both sides of the hotel. Both are fireeeeee and you can literally walk a few feet and are there! Also, the most beautiful sunsets are seen right from your room.
