There was plenty of parking when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. All staff were polite and courteous. The breakfast appeared to be rather small when we first arrived for breakfast, but in fact had everything we wanted and more, the hotel had simply condensed the space. There were hot and cold choices, as well as the usual coffee and juices. The Shift Supervisor during our stay was Monsie, and she introduced herself to us and was checking that we had everything we wanted. The breakfast items were constantly being monitored and restocked when required. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants. We would stay here again.

1. I booked 2 rooms under my reservation, with my credit card. I put my sister n laws name on one of the rooms simply because the reservation process requested the name of my guest. Fairfield separated my reservation and tried to use my sister n laws name with my credit card causing my bank to deny the charge. At any rate, it was a big, confusing mess. 2. Fairfield changed the price quoted in Booking.com. When the manager was questioned about the change she said she didn’t know Booking.com figured the rate, but that it was wrong. I requested that she provide me with the reservation with the price she quoted but she sent me the price quoted by Booking.com, but charged my credit card the price she quoted.

Very good coffee was a big bonus. Had waffles for breakfast. They, too, were good. The manager gave me some apple juice on check-in as I am diabetic and was experiencing low blood sugar. If I find myself ovedrnighting in Gainesville again, I will be staying here again.

I found nothing to dislike about my stay. Even parking with my late check-in was close and easy.

Good location and easy to find. Modern building and good parking. Rooms were clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable and bathroom and shower well appointed. Breakfast was excellent especially for a complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

the front desk called both of our rooms and said we were making noise and we were asleep in both rooms (one with small baby) and staff woke us all up. 11:00 ish pm—when I inquired about these phone calls; nothing was done and no explanation was given and the front desk denied doing it-and then said we must have had a wrong number —what?? two wrong numbers??

Beautiful hotel, easy to access and right by plenty of food and shopping areas. We were on the 5th floor and even though we were 2 doors down from the elevator we hardly heard anything. Air conditioning seemed not to work as effectively but it's Amana so I had low expectations. It was at least easy to sleep with. Breakfast had simple options with a hostess serving what you'd like due to COVID but that worked for us!

Shower water smelled very funny, like what you expect in the Gulf area. But maybe that's normal.

The breakfast lacked a little on the first morning, but was better the second. The pool is a bit small, but the kids didn't mind. Good service and nice room.

Location was good, room and facilities were clean, staff were nice.

I prefer scrambled eggs and maybe some sausage for breakfast and there wasn't any.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The bartender Mitch was the best! Staff was so friendly and very helpful.

Too long a wait to be served breakfast. It was the beginning of the UF school year and the hotel was crowded. They needed more staff to serve breakfast.
