Located near the heart of High Springs in a historic and charming house, each room was well-appointed and unique. The back garden offers paths, swings, koi ponds, and pergolas. Hosts were so friendly and made the stay even better. Nearby fresh-water springs are a Florida treasure, Downtown High Springs is full of good restaurants, shops including antiques, and other amenities, all locally-owned.

The house is on the Historic Register and can't be altered, so no elevators. Hosts were very accommodating and ready to assist.

The food was excellent! The hosts were the nicest and most helpful!

I would have liked a shower head on the wall and better water pressure. The hosts have done everything in their power to get better pressure and have not been able to accomplish this.

Grady's Bed and Breakfast is one of the most unique places to stay. If you are looking for the feel of home, excellent food, comfortable beds and immaculate conditions throughout, this is the place. The owners, Scott and Sara, are a remarkable couple who make your stay so enjoyable and comfortable that you will wish you could stay longer. I highly recommend Grady's Bed and Breakfast and wish Scott and Sara all success in their new venture.

Scott & Sara were excellent hosts and super friendly. The house 🏠 itself was amazing and the property behind the house was nothing short of magical!

I loved everything about my stay at Grady House 🏠 💕 the owners, the house, the magical property and the wonderful food prepared with love by Sara!

We didn’t actually stay for the breakfast but we arrived before our check in time while they were serving breakfast and it looked and smelled wonderful.

If I could have stayed here for a few weeks. 😁

What a great place. The house is so magical, the backyard an awesome area and the breakfast is the crowning glory. Scott and Sara are friendly hosts and do their job with heart. If you go to the springs, it‘s the place to be!

This bed and breakfast was ideal, clean, staff friendly and most of all the breakfast served was outstanding and plentiful. Close to all the local restaurants and springs/parks we visited

Grady House was fantastic! The House was cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the Breakfast was out of this world!! Would recommend the Grady House to anyone. Just Lovely!!

From the beautiful historic house, to the pretty gardens and the amazing breakfast, everything was perfect. The host were super nice and took extra effort to make our anniversary trip special!!

Beautiful grounds and more than accomadating inn keepers. Sarah and Scott are adorable and went out of their way to make our family feel special. Very relaxing atmosphere. Sarah truly loves being a host and goes out of her way making a delicious breakfast.
