I loved how the property was always clean. You would always see someone cleaning rooms or the outside area of the hotel. I also liked how everyday we got fresh towels and the room smelled fresh whenever I would walk back in after they cleaned. I liked the free breakfast as a lot of other hotels don't offer free breakfast. It was easy to get someone to help if you had issues with your room.

I didn't like how big the windows were as they practically took up a whole wall. They were so thin I could hear people walking by, talking, etc. Some nights if people were outside playing music by the pool I'd hear it too and it would be hard to sleep. Hopefully they will invest in making these windows an actual wall so people can feel some sort of comfort and security in their room. I also didn't like the cleanliness of the pool, I think that was probably the only "dirty" thing I've experienced in the hotel. Also, they have a little kids playground but I saw stains on the slide of what looks like either blood or red paint... O.O

This hotel is great. It is a bit dated but they are renovating some rooms. The grounds are nice with the pool in the courtyard in the middle. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are roomy. Location is great with multiple restaurants within walking distance. They serve a continental breakfast mon thru Fri. Hot breakfast on weekends. Beds very comfy.

Can be noisy as it is on a main drag. Shower is good but not quite as tall as I like. I am 5'9. Not a deal breaker though. No hair dryer..this isn't necessarily bad but first time I've seen a hotel without. Their computer for guest use was extremely slow. I was trying to print my boarding passes for the next day. I'm guessing they were using an old operating system that had not been updated. An extremely minor inconvenience though. 😀

Good price. Location is nice as well, it’s far from Miami though. Good point to rest towards the Keys. Several outlets around. Possible to go shopping even with no car.

A bit far from Miami but it’s not surprise. I would stay again as long as the price is that good. Breakfast is good on weekend and not bad in working days. Good hotel.

I didn’t go for breakfast because I’m not a breakfast person. The room was clean and it smell fresh, this time around we booked a suite with a sofa but it was only a small one not big enough for 2 person. Apart from that everything was up to standard.

The room that I booked stated that it was a Garden view, pool view suite, however it was not I was in room 347 and the only thing that was there was a tall tree and a old truck.

The frontside looks really nice when u get there and our room was overll clean and well equipped. Very helpful front desk - think we got checked in by the Manager. Nice pool area with a good amount of seats.

Outside needs a Touch up as well as the bathroom in our room. Carpet should also go - some stains. Was looking forward to a cooling jump in the Pool After a 90° day but the Pool is heated so it felt like jumping in a hot bathtub :-(

Beautiful trees surrounding the warm pool. Close to key largo and Everglades. Good morning breakfast with lots of variety. Pool was large and warm! I like separate entrance from the outside and parking car close to the door.

Air conditioner was very loud. The lights at night shine through the curtains. Blackout curtains would be better as I felt it was morning all night long!

It was right on Rt1, many places to eat around and lots of shopping places available. The next part of my review will mention the condition of the hotel, but I have to say we did see lots of maintenance staff working around the hotel

The hotel is old and it shows especially the stairs leading to the second level, the pool was cloudy probably due to sunscreen, no bar and no restaurant, the outside vending machines don't give change and you have to use the ones in the loddy area if you want your change

My first impression is the cleanliness of the room. The bed is very comfortable. It is not smelly or itchy. We have everything we need for a room except a hair dryer. If the hotel can have the hair dryer available in the room, it will be perfect.

Nothing that I don't like. If I have to travel to Homestead again, I will book a room in this hotel again for sure. Continental breakfast is not bad at all.

The food always ready and filling fresh fruit and coffee bagels are good too

All was up to standard everything was well kept we enjoyed the clean pool and grills to cook outside! Also showers by the pool as well as entrance to cool and clean bathrooms access to computers and workout equipment! Only thing that needs attention is the laundry room!

Clean rooms, nice pool area, heated pool, okay-ish hot breakfast on weekends. Convenient location for visiting the Everglades, Biscayne or for starting the Keys road trip.

The hotel was a construction site during my stay. They started loud noises around 9 am every day. Parking lot felt cramped. Weekdays breakfast could have been better.
