I loved the EXCEPTIONALLY QUIET stay! The very friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the rooms. The parking was reasonably accessible. The housekeeping girls were very helpful and respected the do not disturb sign.

I requested microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby. A very small one. It should be replaced with a larger one. There was no liquid soap, only the small, tiny bar of soap. I guest is a cost thing to avoid the profit loss? Oh, this is probably petty because I have 800 channels provided by my condo, but only 62 channels and only one Spanish station seemed lacking to me.

The property was very clean and the lobby area is large and open. At first I wasn’t a big fan of my room being over the atrium , which was the bar area for my room but I was actually pretty cool. Note that if you’re staying in the atrium area there is no elevator to take you up to your room. But the few stairs that you have to climb is alright. So for those who might be a little challenged walking up stairs, this is definitely not for you. I couldn’t hear people at the bar in the evening, nor did I hear my neighbors beside me. The pool was open and clean as well.

The fact that I had to pay for parking. Now they are not short on parking space so to pay to park I didn’t get. And if I’m going to pay to park at least have some type of security patrolling the property to at least make me feel like my money was well spent. Now for those who like the water so hot until it takes your skin off, this ain’t the place for you. The shower pressure was good and it was hot enough to enjoy.

THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, WE SLEPT VERY SOUNDLY AND THE ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT AS WELL AS THE STAFF THEY ALL WERE FRIENDLY AND SO HELPFUL TO US. THE BAR AND THE HOURS WERE PERFECT TO SETTLE DOWN AT AFTER A LONG DAY OF FUN AND TRAVELS. OUR CHILDREN ENJOYED THE POOL AND IT'S HOURS. OVERALL A GREAT LOCATION AND WE WILL BE ATTENDING OUR NEXT STAY SOON.

THERE WAS RUST ON THE LEGS IN THE BATHROOM, AND THE DRY TOWELS WERE TOUCHING IT. THE SHOWER CURTAINS WERE NO HELP AT KEEPING THE WATER OFF THE FLOOR, THEY SHOULD CONSIDER PUTTING A THICKER LINER IN BETWEEN THE TWO CURTAINS AND THAT SHOULD DO.

The staff was friendly. Room was very nice. Stayed in the king suite. Lovely master bed room walk in bathroom/shower and giant tub.

The edges of the king bed stuck out a bit and a person could bump/stub their leg.. Also the facility was advertised as free parking but on arrival they charged for parking. When confronted about how my booking and their website stated there was free parking, they replied they started charging last month and that they were working on the website update. Additionally, the charging was via a url code and directly with the hotel. Is this a scam? They said use this ur code to register your parking and they charged a daily rate. It was like metered parking but a lot more expensive. Strange.

The room was clean and reasonably updated, the location was wonderful, I saw a policeman patrolling the parking lot. The price was decent.

The windows at the entrance were filthy which gave a bad 1st impression. The restaurant was not very good. Tried tortilla soup which did not at all taste like tortilla soup. Got a burger which was very nicely displayed with fresh lettuce tomatoes, onion and delicious fries but it seems like the meat had been cooked in a microwave. Absolutely horrible.

the staff was awesome and very accommodating. very fun. the room was so comfortable with no mold. the breakfast was real food and wonderful staff. the shuttle driver was a perfect gentleman and so fun and never left us sitting anywhere. the bar and bar staff was so nice food was amazing.

the pool area could use al little upgrade but it was very clean and the music a plus.

We had an issue at check in because our reservation couldn’t be found but Marc did an awesome job assisting us in the issue and made sure he got us into the room very kind and respectful .. our cruise was delayed the next morning so we asked to extend our check out time til 2 and the staff accommodated us with no hesitation everyone was so pleasant we will be sure to recommend to others and come back in the future

Beautiful, clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and very welcoming. We had to borrow a bottle opener from the bar for the night and they were very accommodating and made our stay perfect! Corrine went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy! Close to the airport and shuttle every 15 minutes. Easy to get to the airport with their shuttle.

Nothing it’s beautiful!

The breakfast was very good and the staff in the dinning room were especially excellent. They were professional but welcoming and it reminded me of the service you get in Europe. You feel taken care of.

The room opened to the atrium (which I knew about before booking) so it was a bit noisy. Not so bad…but the door had a large gap under it which let lots of light in from the atrium and more noise too.

The Breakfast bar was very good. Lots of choices to choose from. I wish they had Bagels. The staff was very friendly.

My room 1224 bathroom fan and electrical outlet did not work. I reported it to the front desk and was advised that a work order was generated, but no one showed up to fix it.
