The location was great for what I was there for. The staff were friendly and took care of our needs if anything arised. The breakfast area was neat and clean. Nice and clean pool area also.

The room had a musty smell that I think might have been the carpet needing shampooed. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you pushed really hard. It looked like maybe it was the hinges causing it to be crooked. The breakfast the last two days didn't have any orange juice, which is the only thing my husband drinks since he doesn't drink coffee. Overall would stay again.

I liked that it was close to where I had to be and it was secluded enough that I was not stuck in traffic to get to my room. I like the cleanliness of my room and the property. I had a big window I could sit in the sill and watch the sun come up! The staff were friendly and available. They have to prepare the breakfast by themselves and they do a great job at maintaining everything in spite of people not having the best patience! The pool and outside smoking area was bug free and quite nice!

I did not like the egg flap jack thing lol. The sausage patties are too thick and you can tell microwaved or cooked too hard and not evenly. Every thing on the breakfast menu was great. Throw in some bacon! Lol

Was the best trip I have ever had. My joy and my focus were not on the place or in the country but on Christ the creator of all things and His great love for us humanity .I was busy with showing love and kindness to staff in the hotel and also outside. Show them appreciation in this stressful time telling them they do an excellent job .thank you .

I didn't like the people who don't show appreciation to each other . I ask the people I meet WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU TO MAKE THIS DAY BETER FOR YOU ? they always answered with big Smile 😀

I picked Microtel at this location because I could pay a little extra to leave my car parked there, jump on a free shuttle to the airport, fly away for a week, jump on free shuttle back, get in my car and drive home.

I asked about shuttle times the night before I needed one and was led to believe that it would be waiting for me at that pre-dawn time. It was not. Shuttle was not called until I asked the desk to call it. I made it to JAX in time, but that erroneous info started my day with too much stress.

Rick behind the desk was great!! He was very friendly and accommodated us when we arrived early and allowed us to use the conference room so my wife could have a Zoom meeting. Then allowed us to stay there when a room was available, which he allowed us to check in earlier than 3 pm. Really appreciate him for his costumer service and assistance.

I felt the building was run down and not maintained very well, especially in the bathroom. The walls in the shower area needed serious attention, and I feel the entire building needed based on what I saw. I didn't like the shuttle from the airport. I waited for the shuttle for about an hour before being picked up and was told by Rick that they use a third party that shuttles their customers. Even if it's a third party shuttle, the vehicle should have the hotels it services so people know where it's going. That was part of the reason I waited for an hour, the shuttle came and left and did not announce where they were going. It wasn't until I called the hotel when I discovered "I" needed to ask every shuttle that came by if they were going to the hotel I reserved.

The property was good for the price.

The only problem I had during the stay was the room next door was playing their music & tv really loud. I did call the front desk about it, I'm not sure if they spoke with the guest in the next room because it lowered down a bit but still felt as though it was coming from my room. We only stayed for one night so I didn't press the issue but people get away to relax, especially on this trip so it was a bit annoying. The beds were too soft & the pillows flat, I couldn't sleep comfortably.

Breakfast was sparse.

They had a 4 sport teams staying at the hotel. The kids were very loud and unruly. Not the hotels fault. However, nothing was Done about their running through the halls were screaming. It would’ve been nice if they had segregated the teams on their own floor and left the other two floors for the guest who were not there for the tournament.

it was close to the airport and many other locations that I was interested in traveling, too… The pool was very nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property itself was clean and well maintenances

my room was dated, bed was OK, I had a kitchenette area without any dishes in the cabinets or cookware to use, the water pressure in the shower was very little, the counter in the bathroom was cracked all the way through the granite. There were areas in need of repair, but overall it was clean and I enjoyed my stay there

It was very close to the airport and a few of my family members. It was also pretty close the River City shopping center.

The overall hotel was nice but the TV in my room would work correctly. The volume buttons changed the channel and the other buttons wouldn't work. The remote also only turned the TV up and not down and once I powered it on there was no way to turn it off without unplugging it. But that's an easy fix for the hotel to just replace the TV.

This was our fault, but we didn't realize that the pool closed at dusk, and we went to take our kids to the pool . It was closed already, and they were just super upset. Again, though, our fault for not realizing the time it closed.
