Location was good ~ room was nice ~ staff was excellent

I paid extra for a view and it was a tiny 2 person patio that you had to turn sideways on and stretch your neck out to see anything ~ no microwave to heat up dinner leftovers ~ the fridge in the room didn’t keep our soda, water, food cold ~

Location, close to marina and great restaurants off of Duvall, loved that I could book excursions,water sports and leave right from the hotel . Great pool and bar. LOVED the reusable water bottle concept with flavored water cooler.

For the price I paid, I thought the outside deck (partial view) and room itself would be slightly bigger. Sprinkler cover in my bathroom ceiling fell off (scaring me in the middle of the night). Bathroom vanity decorative lights (looks like silver bubbles) were caked in dust but everything else was spotless. Beach area was not really a beach area at all, enough for 2 people to sit ( but there was plenty of deck space with ocean views) small area to swim in the ocean, I ended up using the beach area from the neighboring hotel.

Our room had cracks in the tile that they poorly patched. That’s it.

This location is perfect! It's so close to Duval Street and right around the corner from the marina which has amazing restaurants and bars! We loved to eat and watch the boats come in. It is also just across the street from amazing shopping. We walked everywhere! It was my first time in Key West and my husband's fourth. He has stayed at the Hyatt Centric in the past. This hotel and location will not disappoint!

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I loved our room with the balcony. We were able to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats come and go. It's just an absolutely beautiful location and hotel!

Great location! Awesome staff! Complimentary key lime margarita while waiting to check in was a nice bonus. Great restaurants nearby, two blocks to Duval Street, and nice beach access. Clean pool and chairs were comfy providing different views. Self parking was plentiful.

Self parking was a little overpriced. $25 a day would be sufficient or free as some people would like to drive from Miami to see the beauty of the drive. The turtle pool needs resurfacing as it was dirty looking. Room was standard and nothing special for the price.

The gym is absolutely beautiful, room was a great size, layout was good, enjoyed the view and loved having the kitchen in the room. Staff were always super friendly and helpful.

When booking I hadn’t considered the hotel may be pet friendly, and as I have allergies to both cats and dogs, I definitely suffered at night, but didn’t put it together until my last night, and when asked was then told, that with 72 hours notice, they can do a deep clean and make a room “allergy friendly”. Wish I knew before, would have made the stay a 10/10!

No Comment about the Hyatt Centric. However, I made reservations for four days over Christmas on November 25th via EXPEDIA at the GRAND HYATT BAHA MAR IN NASSAU IN THE BAHAMAS. A few days later I called to make restaurant reservations, but the concierge seemed to know very little about her "HOTEL". She switched me to the desk. Not much better, but they did tell me that the Baha Mar is NOT all inclusive, and NOT Adults only -- our two specifications to EXPEDIA. I tried to cancel. The Grand Hyatt said the latest cancellation date was November 23rd. I didn't even make the reservations until November 25th. They would do nothing to cancel the reservations or make any accommodation. This place is REALLY uncooperative. I would recommend going somewhere else -- anywhere else. I'm really angry about their lousy customer service policies. I guess we're stuck going to somewhere we don't want to go at a VERY high price. This experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth for the Hyatt Hotels. I've stayed at many in the past, but I think I'll choose other hotels in the future.

This was our first visit to Key West, and it was a grand slam. Location is excellent, Staff was always friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. Our room was very spacious. The pool area and drink service was amazing. Staff was very helpful in recommending areas of interest and obtaining good transportation for us. We will definitely be back!

We booked "Gulf Front". Yes, it was "Gulf/Ocean Front" room, but the floor is only 1st floor (= 2nd Floor height.). The Ocean view was "OK" level. Actually, we paid extra $57 + taxes and upgrade to King premium room. The floor was 3rd floor (= 4th floor height) and the view was excellent because the room have 2 balconies. We didn't need to attend the Sunset cruising because we could much enjoy the sunset from the balcony!! It was speechless view and the moments. I recommend the future guest to reserve King premium gulf front room! I also recommend having dinner at the outside of Flamingo restaurant table for enjoying the awesome foods and sunset with your prater and/or family!

I don't feel anything I didn't like at Hyatt! All staff (including Bar & Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff) are friendly and business manner!!

Loved the spacious room and the balcony view of the beach. The bathroom was also large and well ventilated. The property is well located and has a hot tub, pool, sandy beach, and deck seating available.

The pool area was small and the pool was shallow. The pool area was very limited with seating which was noticeably so when every single lounge chair had been claimed. People evidently claim their lounge chairs and then leave the area to return at their whim, while others wait for a vacancy.
