Exceptionally Clean. Nicely furnished. Good quality TV's. Nice lanai for morning & evening enjoyment. Staff responded quickly to our queries.

Some noise from the highway. Not enough parking. Leaving property to access the street was awkward. There is a very large pothole at the intersection that needs to be addressed. The 1 bedroom condo was quiet & peaceful, until the adjoining bedroom became occupied by strangers. We could hear their conversations as I'm sure, they heard ours. It left us feeling that our privacy didn't exist. They were not intentionally noisy, we could hear every word of their quiet conversations as well as coughing & snoring.

This is our 2nd stay at Alhambra. Spacious and clean condos with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our unit had washer/dryer and recently remodeled walk-in showers. Resort has outside games, shady seating, pool and gas grills available - and easy walking distance to a Family Dollar store.

Traffic in the area can be difficult at certain times due to current roadwork improvements and the hot water for the shower was luke warm (temperature needs to be adjusted a bit higher). Otherwise, great place to stay for the money.

The villas are away from the bustle of the area's tourist attractions. Never the less the local traffic is never ending. There are many schools in the vicinity and the noise from trucks and emergency vehicles compound the traffic noise. The villas property is well maintained and haven for visiting families and provides a playground, pool that is somewhat heated, a shuffle board deck and a tennis court. The accomodation units are stocked with all the appliances and furnishings for self efficiency. There are several grocers within a 2 to 3 mile radius. You will definitely need a vehicle to make your stay doable. We stayed for two weeks in January.

For me, great location. comfortable and clean.

lack of outlets. one free in the bedroom, which my sister needed for her c-pac machine. the outlet in the bathroom didn’t firmly hold onto prongs so it was difficult to use. The tub sides were so high, my sister couldn’t use.

The grounds were beautifully maintained and so pretty! Lush green and lovely flowers. Very clean! Great pool area, clean and heated. Amazing section for little ones with the cutest “toddler” size pool furniture. Our unit was absolutely spotless, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds! Great shower with lots of hot water. Pool towels supplied! Nice touch!

Location. We were not familiar with that area. VERY much off the beaten path. The pool is right next to a very noisy, busy highway. The bath/shower is “Grecian Style”….very high and difficult to get into and even more difficult to climb out of. Good for them for adding grab bars to assist.

Free parking but not reserved. Great location in Poinciana. Comfortable bed. Spacious rooms and bathroom with a deep, soaking bath tub. Large TV in living room and bedroom. Comfortable sofa and chairs for watching TV. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Screened lanai with patio table and chairs. Lots of storage and closet space. Would definitely stay here again.

Not enough parking spaces. Unit didn't have a walk in shower. Bath tub not accessible, but did have a grab bar.

Overall I truly loved this place it felt like home with the full kitchen that they had equipped with everything including washer and dryer room Was clean except behind the toilet it’s was a green liquid behind it maybe throw up or diarrhea. Other than that the place was great and I will definitely book again when I come to Florida

It was a pleasant surprise to see how beautiful the condo was for the reasonable price. It was spacious, well equipped and had a very comfortable bed. We were visiting family in the area and this was very close to them.

The unit we were in faced the road. I was assured that there would be very little traffic at night. While that may have been true, rush hour traffic started early in the morning and disrupted our sleep.

Beds comfortable,,good location..pool ..was clean

l booked a Studio..the picture l reserved on had a table and a small couch l assumed this is what l was getting..however that was not the case..took it up with a student..but l respect his part time position...spoke on leaving..reaction was..really not interested...in my story..ie Studio.. other than that good spot..

The bed was comfortable, the apartment itself was beautiful and we had a lot of space in the One Bedroom. Very attentive staff, made sure you received what you may need in a timely manner. The balcony door can be opened from the bedroom and also the living room. Nice decent sized pool, which they kept cleaned daily.

No hot tub, no basketball court.
