I liked the location of the resort and the size and appearance of rental unit.

Our flight was delayed so I didn’t arrive until the next day, I called the resort to let them know we wouldn’t be checking in the next day. I was told we were fine since we were in a 24 hour window but when we arrived our reservations were cancelled. No communication! I had to wait 30 mins to get checked in, went to the other desk to get our bracelets and my last name was entered wrong. I had to go back to the check in desk to have it corrected, and it took another 15 minutes while my family waited in the car. More activities for the kids would have been nice.

I loved it! My experience from checking in to check out was amazing. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. Explained what I needed to know about the property and gave me a ride in the golf cart around and to my building. Room was clean and ready. The bed was exceptionally comfy. I checked out at the specified time 10:00 AM but was given a key to the pool & gym upon request to hang around while I wait on my flight later in the afternoon. The front desk ladies were very friendly and professional. I will for sure return.

The 10:00 check out is extreme. Granted they work with you to check in early or check out late if you request it the prior day. There wasn’t any drinking water in the unit. Both pools were occupied by kids throughout the day I wish there were adults hours for one of the pools for half the day maybe? It was extremely loud and the lady was uncomfortable wearing certain bathing suits with kids around.

The hotel room was extremely big, with all the amenities a family would need, especially after a long day at Disney World. The beds are very comfortable! Everything was extremely clean, with great customer service and easy check-in and checkout. The location was perfect, with a 10-minute drive to Disney World. Plenty of restaurants and food shops within walking distance of hotel. We received late checkout, which was awesome and activated our cards to use the facilities after checkout, as we had time before our flight out of Florida.

The location is hidden off the main highway. Located in the middle of retails, restaurants and fun activities Disappointed I didn't have a screen in balcony like all the other unit, nor that there's no maid service daily, only at check out. Must ask for fresh towels daily

That my 1 bedroom apartment unit doesn't have balcony Water pressure very low And harward floors were dirty (never been mopped) because the soles of your feet turn black or whites socks turn black

The location was perfect for us! There is a restaurant (Cracker Barrel) right across from the complex that you can walk to (and it’s my favorite). Grocery shopping is within a short driving distance. We had a two bedroom apartment, with a king size bed and two queen beds and it was very big! The beds were very comfortable ( usually I am very picky). Can’t say anything about the pools and other facilities since we didn’t use them.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Great facilities and very well equipped. Ample parking. Good pools. Good location but a bit of a drive to the theme parks if that is what you plan to do. Staff were superb

Nothing to dislike. We were anticipating a time share sales pitch after reading other reviews but we politely declined and that was fine.

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were amazing! Housekeeping delivers anything you may need directly to your room. The property was well-kept and maintenance did a great job. Rooms are spacious and clean. We liked having a screened-in porch. The pool was clean and relaxing. Having a washer-dryer in the two-bedroom deluxe unit was a huge bonus.

Nothing important enough to describe.

I was not expecting it to be so nice for the price. was paying and friends were paying at the other hotels and resorts . I was very pleasantly surprised. my apt/condo whatever was bigger,nicer more convenient than almost the entire rest of my daughters cheer team’s accommodations. they were all saying they preferred mine over theirs .. .we had a great stay and didn’t want to leave .

The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was for the most part pretty amazing. We stayed during the week of Tropical storm / Hurricane Nicole. We completely understand that most things needed to be shut down within the hotel.

I think the property seemed to be extra short on help beyond the storm. The property shut down all amenities way earlier than storm hit and for an extended time beyond the storm

Club Wyndham Cypress Palms is in a convenient location. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the “parks”. The resort is set up as a tropical oasis and it feels like it. The staff was amazing with answering every question we had. The suite was clean and modern with extremely comfortable bedding.

I liked everything.
