This hotel has the feel of a well managed B&B with a friendly welcoming vibe. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a large modern TV. Convenient secure parking area. The location is what originally attracted me to this hotel. Its centrally located to attractions, shopping and restaurants. I'm a long time frequent visitor to the Kissimmee area. I am happy to recommend this property!

We drove down from Maine. We had the room with the jacuzzi tub in it, although only two of the jets actually worked it was still nice after a long day of driving around. The free breakfast breakfast was okay, nothing to big just dry goods. Also everything is somewhat close which was good. We ended up paying for two extra nights but by the end of the first extra night we decided we were going to go home and we got REIMBURSED for the second extra day!!!! That was cool because some hotels don’t do that! The staff were nice and over all a great experience 9/10 !

We didn’t swim in the pool because it was rather small and only goes 5ft deep.

comfort of rooms .. Location...

I went to the breakfast not knowing that it was until 9am... They never told me... and the person in charge of cleaning the breakfast site told me to put my bagel in the microwave because he already unplug the toaster... that was not nice at all.... I didn't deserved that kind of sarcasm ..this was my second time there in 2 months... and I don't think i will go there for now.. my first review was totally different than this one !

for what I paid I thought it was too much money for the place. The place is nice but you could tell it’s old.

too expensive for an old hotel like that. The prices for that hotel should be about 80 at night. also, my room smelled so bad I had to go buy incense at Walgreens to put in there.

First off the staff and the owners are very welcoming and make checking in easy. If you needed towel or room amenities they were quick to take care of you.

They are short staffed and lack in maintenance but I’m sure they are working on this. Very nice people

Location was close to all the things! Our king room was huge! The staff was super friendly and helpful and wonderful! Can’t say enough about the staff being great.

The jacuzzi definitely needs to be refreshed and needs work (only one jet worked and all the caulking was icky).

We booked the hot tub room. It was a great room! Hot tub was so relaxing after Disney. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. The pillows were nice and comfy too.

The fridge didn't get as cold as i would have preferred, but it was cool enough.

location, value, clean and comfortable.

We were told to ask for a crib upon checkin. it when we checked in we were told they have to be reserved because they’re not kept on sight. While it was only an inconvenience, it was frustrating and we had to use a chair cushion and pillows to make a bed for our 1 yr old.

I liked everything about it Beds nice and clean very good food Also it looks very secure I would recommend it 100 % And is also close to almost everything and next time I’ll look for it again

Within walking distance to lots of shopping and dining. Easy laundry facility.

Hotel music was annoying in the middle of the night. Breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10, making it difficult to make it down. Our heater smelled bad.
