Location was good. Close to highway and close to numerous places to eat making it convenient. I loved the size of the room/suite as not cramped or crowded. Really did want to take the bed home with me. It was so comfortable. My husband said we slept sooo good.

Wish we had checked in earlier to be able to enjoy our stay a bit longer. Also, checked in late so went to bed late and ended up missing breakfast. No fault of Hampton, just the way things happened for us.

Breakfast was good and the lady maintaining the breakfast area was great. Most of the front desk staff were helpful. Other staff were very nice as well.

There is such low light in the rooms. Hard to see. I understand you are trying to make it peaceful and restful, but I still need to be able to turn on the lights to see!

The Breakfast served hot with plenty of cold juices to choose from and a choice of 3 cereals and clean tables to eat at We had a lot of time on our hands so I decided to ask if we could check in early if the room was available and they checked and said we could go ahead and check-in thanks to them I got me a nap in after traveling for six hours.

beside the check-in desk was a vending room with bottled and canned drinks and other vending articles you could buy at the checkout but tome the prices were a little high for me especially when I could walk to a convenience store across the street

We had to continually ask to have eggs, fruit, etc refilled. Staff member did not keep an eye on things. Same with coffee after breakfast room closed. Had to ask often to get coffee pots refilled. One time both dark and light roast were empty.

Super central location, super friendly staff, great gym! Pleasant stay, specially when you’re in transit and wanna spend just a few nights.

Towel shelf in the gym was mostly empty, rooms could’ve been vacuumed/mopped thoroughly.

Cleanliness of hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Can’t remember her name but recommended Sixth Street Steakhouse to eat and the food there was good.

Would have liked more of a variety of breakfast. Bagels, muffins,etc. they may have had some but may have ran out before my wife and I came to eat.

The entire staff, front desk, and cleaning personnel were outstanding. They wet out of their way to facilitate an early arrival. Several options for food in close proximity. Small community, so no fine dining options, which I didn't require, so no problem.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to I-10. Staff very friendly and helpful! Good breakfast!

I did notice a bit of a musty odor in the hallways that I had not noticed on previous visits. I wish the rates were a little better! Otherwise, the very best motel in the area!

Breakfast was very good, but as we got closer to 10:00 it wasn't being refilled in a timely fashion. We had to wait quite a while for eggs to be prepared and much of the other selections were already gone.

Bathtub was big enough to soak and plenty if very hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Seemed new with very friendly staff.

Noise from room next to mine was awful. Loud TV, probably a game because there was yelling until 11pm. From the hallway, there was no noise, but in my room it was likely louder than in the room with noisy guests.
