Clean facility and hotel is only 5months old

The hotel is next to a truck Stop; where there is drug and prostitution activity continuously. If that continues the nice hotel will be ruined unfortunately. 😔 Hotel is very nice but No I would not stay again because of the outside activity.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious and filing with lots of options. I especially liked that there was sugar-free syrup. My husband and I were very grateful. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was clean.

We didn’t like that it seemed like, possibly, there were some people there who weren’t guests. I hope we are not judging incorrectly but there were 2-3 people that seemed to have come off of the streets. They didn’t cause trouble but it was just a little odd. We only saw them in the lobby area and they didn’t seem to have rooms.

I love the location ,it’s close to a gas station that was awesome ,it was clean and different it gets very cold I like that I didn’t have to be hot..I loved that the tv had YouTube and other things,loved how they served breakfast,I would visit again me and my boyfriend had a great time .. and I definitely loved the soap they provided .!!

I didn’t like how the room was kind of small for a king bedroom but it was okay

I stayed here for one night as I needed a quick hotel for the night. The staff was amazing with their accommodation and even welcomed me with bottles of water after a long day of travel. The room was clean, and checkout was easy in the morning as well.

The location wasn’t the best. It’s right off the highway next to a gas station. I believe the price was a little high for the location of the hotel.

The representative Rachel at the front desk was so exceptional. She made our stay beyond great. She gave great customer service and also gave great recommendations on where we can go to find entertainment. The room was very nice and comfortable. Love the shower.

The pillows could have been more firm.

As all TRU-hotels this was a very clean place to stay. The room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. The reception area is welcoming; I enjoyed both a coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening there.

It's quite basic, but there's nothing wrong with that.

The property was very clean and esthetic. Complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Hot breakfast. Comfortable beds, hot showers, cool/ cold room. Close to highways and functional gas stations

No microwave.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and I would give them a rare of 10/10.

I was very satisfied with everything. I would definitely come back to this hotel and stay again. There was nothing I didn't like. I enjoyed my stay very much.

This was one of the best 3 star hotels I've stayed in. Very organized, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

About 20 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and is near a gas station with many trucks.

Property was extremely clean, beds were so comfortable that we all are still dreaming about them! Staff were super friendly, the male manager went above and beyond for us.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
