The staff was friendly and helpful. My bank put a security hold on my account. The clerk was finally able to get one room to go through on my card. There were other people in the lobby playing cards, so he told us to go up to our rooms and for me to come back down to talk with him. I called my bank and was able to get the security hold taken off. I really appreciated him being sensitive to my situation! Also, the next night, the television was acting up. I rode sown to the lobby and Keisha went back up in the elevator to the room to look at the tv. She unscrewed the cable line and reattached it, and the tv worked fine after that. She told me that she was find us another room if the tv continued to act up, and that she would be there until 9:00 if I needed her assistance again or wished to change rooms. The following day, I saw her in the elevator with another client who was complaining and berating her because the room key didn't work. Keisha was very polite to the client. The lady was very ugly and rude. I had trouble with my key a couple of times also, but every time I asked them to reset it, it would work. I've been to other hotels where I had a problem with the room key. It happens sometime. I nominate Keisha for employee of the month! I sure hope I am remembering her name correctly! LOL!

Breakfast good and location good.

They have not clean the room and change towels and trash during our 4 days stay. We need to put trash away and asked front desk to exchange used towels.

Staff was excellent, handled the booking confirmation mix up with no problem. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. Bath accommodations superb. Beds were very comfortable (always subjective to personal taste).

Had not planned to use swimming pool but it was too small if I had done so.

The price was very nice and they had a very awesome breakfast in the staff was very nice. We only stayed one night, but everything was perfect.

The pool wasn’t clean at first but then they got someone out there as soon as they could to clean it wasn’t nothing to bad though just the wind browning leaves which is normal

The staff were so amazing and accommodating. From the system not updating a modification of one of our bookings to placing the correct one next door to us. Positive and friendly attitudes all round. WE WILL BE BACK IN THE SPRING FOR BASEBALL !!

Only blue 💙 berry for breakfast. If they mixed up the selections then you you enjoy breakfast a bit more.

After staying at a dingy motel and coming here the next day I am very pleased and satisfied with the room. I walked in and you could just feel the difference. It was very clean and fresh , staff was very nice and it was a comfortable stay. I come this way often and plan on staying here each time!

I wish my room had a fridge , some do but mine didn’t. And I like my water cold but that was all! So really nothing!
