I was a bit worried about booking the room after reading that someone found it to be dirty, but it was spotless. The bedlinen was pure white, as were the towels in the bathroom. The bed was HUGE and comfortable. The location is perfect for a visit to the beach - it's about 5 minutes away. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there are LOTS of places just a few minutes away. Every morning I went to the Broken Eggs Cafe, just around the corner on 67th street (be warned -- they auto add a gratuity of 18% to your bill, so there's no need to add your own gratuity, even though you're presented with a screen to add one). There's a Pizza Hut in the same building, and next door to the car park there's a Domino's and a Subway. Within a few minutes' walk there are several more restaurants, and within 15 minutes, there are even more. I tried Sazón at the corner of 73rd and really enjoyed that. Manolo's on the opposite corner was always full. There's also a laundromat on 73rd. The beach was spotless and not very busy.

I had to turn the A/C off at night as it was a bit noisy.

Location was great near to shops, restaurants and the beach. They gave us a wheelchair friendly room which was ideal for our needs and they had parking on the propert.

We only found out about the free bus up and down the beach front on our last day. Perhaps the receptionist could have told us about this on arrival. We were also looking for a proper map of Miami but nothing was available so we got lost quite a lot and none of the reception staff knew much about giving directions. A good street map availble at reception would be a huge help for tourists.

They should be more selective with taxi drivers who call at the request of the guest. The Ecuadorian gentleman who transferred us to the airport on February 11 charged us more than the agreed rate, even more than what the taximeter indicated. he did not want the credit card payment and gave us bills in poor condition. With the rush of the trip we did not have a problem.

The hotel doesn’t try to look fancy, but it modern and clean. The staff is helpful. There’s pool, and although no direct beach access, the beach is just cross the street.

Good location. Spacious rooms. Good value for the money.

DIRTY SHEETS. Housekeeping didn’t change bed sheets. it had stains and body hair from previous guest all over. I had to call front desk, request new sheets and change it my self.

Go for it, if you want to save some money and get everything what you need! Perfect location - few steps from the beautiful beach (be sure North beach is better than SoBe), so many restaurants / stores in a walking distance... Free trolley can drive you to SoBe for a trip if needed... Helpful guy at a reception, many available parking spaces.. I've been really satisfied!

Carpet on the floor makes better comfort but understand how difficult it is to clean the room from the sand beach.. xixi. Cold and slippery floor was the only bothering thing during our perfect stay!

Great pool. Nice lounge chairs. Spacious size room. Big beds. Helpful staff. Lots of breakfast places and restaurants down the street. Free trolley to South Beach and Lincoln Road around the corner. Got more towels as requested. Bathroom good size with large shower area.

No water bottles supplied in room. Had to ask at office. Room air conditioner rather noisy. No kettle for coffee or tea. No large beach towels for pool.

Having read the reviews I was nervous. Yes it’s not the Ritz but the rooms are big and clean, the staff were lovely and it’s right by the beach to go and watch the dawn then hop on a Citibike and cycle off exploring down the boardwalk

The soundproofing is admittedly non existent. Happily the corridor was pretty quiet (I was on third floor) and the aircon acted like one of those rain soundtracks people use to fall asleep so I slept great.
