The access to the beach was great, convenience of having the Hotel sun beds They threw in a 2 hour cycle hire , that was fun on the beach touching avenue

Not a lot of choices of places to step out and walk and eat , no interesting bars and restaurants in the vicinity The In House restaurant has very limited choice and was actually disappointing Really small pool For some reason they keep the common areas , lobby, corridors etc at some ridiculous low temperature, the whole indoors was freezing!! The staff was working with winter fleece jackets on !!! We had a balcony sea facing , but could hardly use it, as the privacy quotient is really low, just a badly designed Hotel We could not get wifi in the rooms or the lobby and the staff could not really figure out why, even the cell phone signal was bad in the rooms so could not connect to data there too.

We stayed in a Two Queen Bedroom with Balcony with partial ocean view and it was amazing! the balcony is super big and with breathtaking view (pool and ocean). The staff was amazing, special shout-out to Roxanna& Sandraay the front desk, Claire at Allison’s and LUCKY! Definitely get Breakfast included, it’s worth it! The hotel had everything we wanted!

As we were getting to know the hotel, we would’ve liked the 3rd floor pool to have a towel stand as well. We didn’t like going up and down just to get and return towels. Also, we would’ve like more restaurants in the hotel, but still delicious food and helpful people! One more thing, our room phone wasn’t working, we had to call from our cell phones to contact front desk.

The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach - Miami Beach, which was the reason for our booking. The accessibility is really very easy, we were there with a rental car - and took the valet parking as an option - which also worked very well. Check-in was smooth and standard. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel as such is a bit aging and could use renovations here and there. The rooms were appropriate for the age of the hotel, but the beds are very good. Since the hotel is located on the beach, access is available where the hotel also provides sunbeds and beach towels - works very well. The hotel also has its own outdoor pool - this is proportionally very small, and very quickly overpopulated. We had two rooms, one with a view of the sea - wonderful, the other unfortunately directly into the neighbouring building - but with the tight construction in Miami Beach is somewhat without alternative here. The hotel fits into the Art Deco view of Miami Beach - for a short vacation an absolute good option.

I have stayed here many times, this was one of my favorite rooms (corner view, quiet side). Beach, hot tub, staff, and rooms was great and easy to access. Love the DJ on the weekends. The barista in the coffee shop is a gem and makes a great colada. Love this hotel and look forward to my return!

The overhead music is a little loud and I would enjoy more variety. For example, a little French jazz in the afternoon, or something a little more mellow during the week and later at night.

Visited for 4 days to see the Bills play. The hot tub was great!! I loved the layout, simplicity and comfort of the Hilton Cabana. The outdoor pool w it's walkway that leads to the amazing beach was the best. The hotel staff were great! Very accommodating and eager to please. Shutout to Pedro, the beach towel gentleman. He made my day, always pleasant and cordial. The grounds were clean. I will return.

Hotel Restaurant - Not a big fan of the food menu. Beds were to soft.

The hotel was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. While the room was somewhat small, it suited our needs. Everything was clean and maintained. Our room had a partial ocean view, exactly as advertised. Although there was construction going on out on the street and in the building next door, it was very quiet in the room. The pool area was very nice and inviting. The pool and hot tub were both clean. We ended up here because we were forced to leave the first property we booked due to it being extremely dirty and generally not healthy for me to stay there. We are very grateful that Hilton could accommodate us.

The cost of parking was unbelievable at $48 per night. The shower leaked which created a slippery floor situation. Towels were very limited, we were given only 2 bath, 1 hand and 3 washcloths for three guests. Trying to get additional towels was very difficult.

Wonderful lobby, pool area and beach. Every staff member was fantastic. 2 beach chairs and umbrella were very nice. Beach service from restaurant was good to have. Fish tacos rocked! Plenty of space on the grounds.

.Room wasn't nice as expected. Wasn't bad at all , but pictures made for higher expectations. Had to exit hallway and walk on exterior of building of our floor to get to our room. Restaurant was way overpriced for breakfast. All In all we enjoyed our stay. These items didnt take away from a great getaway. Not sure who to blame but internet service is difficult. Had to ask for wifi password.

The location is amazing. The staff was the best we have ever had. Pool/ beach staff is amazing. We were super impressed. Bed was super comfy. Shower was nice and the bathroom space was good. We also enjoyed that there was a fan in the room for noise at night too.

Room needed new carpet and a Smart TV.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, all of them.

The shower had a lot of build up of mold around the edges and furniture was worn out, but besides that it was nice. Oh and traffic getting in and out of Hotel was a bit hectic

valet parking situation/ not enough room for the staff to do there job in my opinion. the valets were great but always having to wait when you pull in or leave because of the lack of space for vehicles . at times I was blocking the road having to wait to pull in the very small entrance was inconvenient for someone with an itinerary . and pulling out of the drive was just as bad
