Firstly, I want to say the overnight staff on (8/4/22) was so kind! Our flight was severely delayed and we got to the Hotel at 3:30am. The king room was very spacious and exactly what we needed!

The front desk staff the morning of 8/5/22 was rude when asked about the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Plus, the cost of breakfast was very expensive!

Room was quiet even when others nearby were being cleaned, AC worked great, water pressure and temp were good with bathroom kept spotless, and blackout curtains kept things cozy when sleeping till late. Having a large supermarket with a buffet/hot bar next door is also super practical. But above all, Kimberly and Alain went well above their responsibilities in helping me when I needed it the most. They are true gems in this hotel.

The restaurant is pricey. So is parking, but there are alternatives within walking distance.

Absolutely incredible staff, location and premises. Stayed as a couple for a week for Ultra Festival and we couldn't have been happier. Whole Foods, CVS, and many restaurants within walking distance as well as walking distance to Bayfront Park (where the festival was hosted!). Cannot wait to come back!

The location is amazing, is super easy to move around, you can find the metro mover in 10 min walking, and there are stores everywhere. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you need, the room was crean. I arrived early morning and the sir in the front desk was attentive

Everything was fine during my stay

The location is great, right in the middle of downtown. The hotel has a restaurant and bar on site which is always good. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was attentive and approachable. Parking on site for a good value in relation to the others around the area.

We stayed in a room on the side of the hotel that views directly towards a parking lot rooftop, this isnt shown in any of the photographs. The a/c was old and a bit loud. The hotels pool was undergoing renovations so the area was closed.

Greeting by front desk was warm & welcoming, the front desk attendant upgraded my room to a suite & gave me a welcome bottle of sparkling wine & snacks on arrival when I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday weekend. Outstanding. A very good business hotel. Good value for money. Wonderful service, very accomodating.

There was a bit of a stench of tobacco/cigarettes in my room - despite being very clean so it probably was in the carpet. Downtown location not my favorite. So much concrete.

I didn't know like that the housekeeper did not go and straightening out my hotel room on Saturday and didn't change out my dirty towels or put cleans on in and I was very disappointed because I had my daughter and granddaughter with me

Call me old fashion, but this new wave of having the room cleaning on request....

The location of the hotel is amazing. Everything is close and all walking distance. The hotel rooms and beds are really comfortable. The girls at the front desk are super nice and friendly.

The hotel didn't have a main restaurant service for room service. They were like a third party apps where you can order. And the other thing I didn't like was they never entered to clean my room and I was there for 4 nights. Not even asked or knock the door for housekeeping.

The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! We were going on a cruise the next day and needed to have a great night sleep and this room was excellent! The blackout curtains were an added bonus because we were able to take a nap during the day too!

The location was not that great. We had to get a hotel room downtown so that we were close to the cruise port, but it felt somewhat unsafe at night outside the hotel. I felt extremely safe in my room though!
