Very modern, clean and comfortable. Central location. 10 minute walk to Miami-Dade arena. Tasty breakfast. We were there as a group of friends and really enjoyed it.

Using elevators is a bit confusing but we eventually figured it out. It would be great to add this info during check in. Pool area closes early. I got answer regarding parking only after I contacted Yotelpad through their website but nobody responded via booking chat. Parking is not available in the building and we parked in a public garage one or two blocks away.

Good location, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Many restaurants to choose from and retail stores nearby.

Parking was very expensive, At the beginning it was confusing getting to our floor you have to press several buttons on the elevator to get to your floor. also the TV was confusing to navigate. They have to do a better job informing guest on how to operate their equipment maybe a broacher in how to...

Very central location, perfect for us to get to the port to take off on a cruise the next day. The bunk beds were perfect for my two young children.

I could not reach anyone via phone to confirm that we could check in late, as our flight landed after midnight. It was quit frustrating and only getting a robot.

Brand spanking new. Everything had the new car smell. Location was great. Was in walking distance to tons of shopping, dining and entertainment including Bayside. Nice and modern. We had originally booked a two bedroom condo, but a week prior we were informed the apartment type rooms were not going to be ready in time for opening. Hey offered us three standard hotel rooms instead that would accommodate the same amount of guests.

Not all amenities were ready yet. Pool was open, but our room key didn't get us in. We had to be let in by others who were already on there. The shower setup was odd. It wasn't completely sealed off and the direction he showerhead was positioned had water going out of the shower and onto the floor outside of it. But stay was still overall great.

Hotel & room was comfortable & quiet to a point, being in busy area. Room facilities require more maintenance as oven didn't work & air con made loud noises throughout night. Both reported but not repaired​ adequately nor immediately. ​Service was minimal but sufficient for when requested​ otherwise.​ Room furniture having no guidance/instructions caused me to fret in replacing stowaway bed! Figured it out on last day, to my relief but manual or digital guide would have helped greatly! ​Hotel facilities were pleasant when I chose to use & nice to have them, if/when desired!!

I didn't find much information online regards to this hotel, so I was a tiny bit nervous before. Turns out this is the best hotel we have had in the whole trip. What we got is an one bed room suite on 18th floor, with a murphy bed in the living room and a king size bed in the bedroom. The whole suite is new and clean, and the view from the balcony is a big plus. The location is just awesome, there is a Metromover Station cross the street, and about 2 blocks to the famous Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park. All of my family members were surprised how great the suite it is, the only concern they have is how much it costs lol. No worries, the price is reasonable. We enjoy every moment we stayed in it. This is definitely my go-to option for the next visit.

What I liked most about this hotel is the overall ethos of the building. Up to date, cozy, and creates a good feeling all at the same time. I wasn't bothered at all and I really loved where it was located.

I'm not going to say things I didn't like, but two things that's missing. There was no dish soap or any pods for the washing machine/sink available, but that didn't really bother me. The other one would be a better cleaning service. I'm unsure if the tag only displays cleaning my 'pad' which is only the bed, but I put out a sign to clean my pad, and the garbage was still there. Otherwise, I would still book this again.

The hot tub and pool were amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. The view was exceptional. All the amenities were met. Also the room decor is relaxing and zen. The staff was very helpful. Definitely will be back to stay here and experience again

The pool hours. It would be better if they did 24/7 schedule or a much later schedule like 10pm, not 8pm. Also, an information board or an announcement that explains the elevator function and to not have to go back to the front desk and ask. Another improvement would be more mirrors in the room. The only mirror was the restroom.

The pool, the rooms and everything in it , the accessibility , the location, the furnitures , the staff , the restaurant and bar . The pool was very nice !

Everything was okay. We stayed during a festival period and the planning of the clusters coming in and out was excellent. We had to switch rooms and had to wait a bit but Tim went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The room was very nice. The pullout beds were comfortable. The AC worked well and pentry had everything you needed except a microwave. The hotel was really close to the Bayside Marketplace and its restaurants. We would gladly come back.

Apart from the Bayside Marketplace, there were not that many restaurants close by. We experienced a somewhat strong smell in the hotel and the room, like a scented cleaning product or similar.
