This is the cutest property with a great vibe and it’s super close to the beach! We loved using the beach chairs and the pool at the sister hotel.

The beds are super hard and uncomfortable. The room we had didn’t have a hair dryer and we were told by the night person that our suite didn’t come with one. The lady in the morning was very nice and she said yes it should have had one. I think the nighttime person may have misunderstood thinking we wanted a clothes dryer.

This hotel saved my whole trip! Our previous hotel didn't give us notice ahead of time and was under renovation on the day we arrived, so I had to find another hotel for me and my friend to stay in a short time. Luckily I found out this hotel had an available room and was near my previous one, so I booked a room with them immediately. The front desk staffs were friendly and could communicate in English as we were not good at Spanish. We checked into an apartment suite, and its place is wonderful. The space is clean and wide. The room's location is also nice since it's not in a business area, so it's easy to sleep at night. This hotel also gave us vouchers for drinks and beach equipment. Overall, I appreciate this hotel gave us a memorable experience of staying in Miami Beach!

My room was a whole apartment, very comfortable, clean, quiet. Great location close to the beach (chairs and umbrellas included), mall, restaurants. Great restaurant on site. Helpful and nice staff.

The pool was dirty. And a very few small outdated things in the apartment (mostly everything was new and everything was clean). But for the money, this place was a steal!

Loved the suites. They were so spacious and enjoyable. It was so nice to have a living room and dining area.

Building and rooms seemed a bit older, but I would stay there again, definitely, due to the space of the suites. I would like to have a couple more things in the kitchen, broom, dust pan, sponge and towels so I can clean the dishes and sweep up after the kid's meals. We stayed for a few day, so that would have been nice to have, but walgreens and CVS are just up the road.

We were within walking distance of the beach. Pool on property. Close to the strip, but far enough that there wasn’t much noise heard outside hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Had kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Provided us passes to 2 chairs and an umbrella for 2 days at the beach. Held our luggage before and after check-in/ out due to flight arrival/ departure.

Lovely location. Maybe offer continental breakfast, however places to eat were close by. Charging station in lobby or access to charge devices. Outlets were being worked on in lobby, but team member offered to charge device at front desk.

Good location, the suits are very nice.

The pool was dirty but maybe because it wasn’t open (November). I don’t think you’d want to chill or swim there as it’s next to a huge building , surrounded by trees and thus never has sun.

Location was awesome for restaurants, beach, shopping and sightseeing.Facilities were very comfortable and not fussy at all for the price. Very walk-able location.

Outside noise from work being done such as lawn care, yardwork, etc. It would be nice if tea was included. Only coffee was available in the room. Not everyone is coffee drinker:(

Everything we liked was wonderful and I want to thank the owner for the amenities he created to make us feel wonderful. It was so fantastic that I would stay there to live. I felt at home, it was cozy and calm. Thank you for everything. Although the price for me it is a bit high because our income is lower, but I do not regret every dollar I gave. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the owner

The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived there at 5 am we went to the Marseille Hotel to ask for a check-in, there was a very angry boy named Emanuele who told us to leave after 7.30 because then his shift ends. I went back to my husband My one who was waiting for me in front of the hotel and we stayed there until 8 in the morning was asleep on our suitcases, because our flight was long. After I left at 8 o'clock a very good boy greeted us and treated us wonderfully, we explained He was very indignant and apologized many times. We do not speak English and my daughter from Bulgaria translated us. I did not ask for the name of the good boy, but I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart he deserves a reward he is very ashamed of his colleague's behavior.

Had a 2 bed suite. Generous size. Location excellent to beach and nightlife, restaurants etc. Hotel is old (art deco) but clean and tidy. Has a lovely courtyard with fairylights and fountains

Staff were a bit disinterested when we arrived. Would have been helpful if they'd told us where everything was as it was our first trip to Miami.

Room was very spacious and well equipped. Had excellent access to beach via sister hotel across the road. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Good size of pool but it maybe needed a bit of attention. However the pool at sister hotel was beautiful
