very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, close to the beach and beach and beach chairs and towels are available at no cost.

our room was too small. I would book a larger room next time. we could not walk on the hallway to the bathroom at the same time. Breakfast is a bit overpriced. I would bring down the prices a bit and offer regular coffee for free and tea, would charge for capuchinos and lattes.

Really nice hotel. Better than expected. Really close to the beach and in walking distance to the "important" places in South Beach. Exeptional clean. Well managed.

A gym could be nice

I could not settle in the usual condinium, and chose this hotel because it is on my favorite street. I was pleased with the care of the staff and constant attention. Hulio and Huanita staff were just like taking care of their child. I had any advice. I liked the breakfast at the hotel and the silence in my room.

I am Russian and cannot live without hot tea. I was not refused to pour hot water at the bar, but sometimes I was shy. I would be glad if the room had not only a coffee machine, but a kettle. Or water pot on the 1st floor.

The absolute best thing about this hotel is the front desk assistant (and so much more), Julietta! She was so friendly and genuinely happy. She was more than willing to help with directions, recommendations for restaurants, getting us ice (multiple times a day ;) and overall just a tremendous asset for the hotel! Whatever she is getting paid - she should be getting double that! The location was good, but we could not see the fireworks from the rooftop, which was our choice to watch from up there.

I wish there was an public ice dispenser, a weight room, and that the rooms were bigger - we had 4 people in a 2 bed room, and we didn't have any extra room to open our suitcases, or hang towels, or wet beach wear.

I liked the staff, who were just amazing, I liked the pool on the roof. I liked the room. Its really a lovely hotel on a nice quiet road, but then near to the beach, near to the shops. There was a pharmacy, and cash machine at the top of the road and loads of restaurants all around on nearby streets .

The on site restaurant could have been better. It was too expensive so guests may not find it affordable for a long stay.

Comfortable bed and linen. Spacious bathroom, everything brand new. Nice pool and beach facilities. Clean and modern decor.

Shower with very low water pressure and towel hanger was falling from the wall. We called maintenance but they only put it in place instead of fixing it, and it kept falling. Staff needs better training, only 1 person at front desk at all times, for 80 rooms. Ordered a few things online and they had a terrible time locating my boxes in a chaotic storage room, and no one to help except the only front desk clerk who was always busy.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and nice design. We would definitely return to this place.

Inclusive bistro breakfast is of 5 possible choices which is a bit boring during a 9-night stay and also the portions run small. Pool feels pretty cold during the winter, could have been heated. Valet parking is $40 a day which is quite expensive.

One Elevator was not working and the receptionist didn’t advise that there was a parking lot just one block away so that i could avoid the expensive valet parking

Rooms don’t have much of a view but it’s in a good location. No mini bar or vending machine but there is a store nearby
