The airport shuttle scenario. I think it's false advertising if you put "airport shuttle" on your website as an amenity and whilst you do offer it, it runs only from 9.00am to 5.00pm. I specifically chose this hotel because of an early morning flight. My flight arrived in Miami at 6.00pm and left the following morning at 10.00am. So after getting on the wrong Home2 shuttle at the airport, had to uber to the correct hotel as there are two, and then had to uber again in the morning. Additional unnecessary costs. These "scheduled" shuttles hours were not disclosed until after the booking and payment was made. I have a problem with that misleading half truth advertising

Very basic breakfast, but not busy if you get there early and good enough to get you started on your day. The room was perfect for 3 adults and 2 toddlers. The toddlers slept on the sofa bed. It wasn't very comfortable and made a lot of noise, but since they are small, they didn't notice that much. The full size fridge was so handy for storing refrigerated snacks for the kids. Overall a great place to stay with kids.

Sofa bed did not have sheets, we had to ask for them. Also, no paper towels in the kitchen holder and nothing to wash dishes with.

Notwithstanding my ratings about the facilities at the hotel, the hotel charges "incidental fees" which they claim to have released back into the guest's card upon check-out. However, this money is never received! I was charged $200, at a rate of $50 per night for staying 4nights at the hotel. At check-out, I was informed that the "incidental fee" earlier debited to my card has been released and I should have it within 3 to 10 business days. Its been over 30days now and I've not received this money. What a fraud!

the Breakfast was very good and the location is adequate. just a small remarks regarding the interior of the room, if this could be more abstract and maybe lighter color, especially the curtains of the closet and the deviding of the bed and the sofa, etc.. it was a bit depressive.

I was very disappointed on the service of their Airport Shuttle Service. when arriving at the airport around 6:15pm, I was waiting for the shuttle as it was taking to long I made a call to the hotel requesting what happen to the shuttle and i was informed that they have shuttle service till 5:00pm. i was very pissed and then I took a taxi to the hotel which has cost me. I have booked this hotel as they advertise that they have Airport Shuttle. and for my surprise this was not the case as they stop at 5:00pm. I think this should be more cleared on the website what the shuttle hours are.

We stayed here before embarking on a Disney cruise and I’m so happy we selected this hotel over Comfort Suites. Nice area, close to the airport, clean lobby, good breakfast, and very clean and comfortable rooms.

Our internet connection wasn’t stable and we lost power during our stay so all rooms had no power for about two or three hours. The hotel had a back up generator and was able to keep the lobby going and one elevator but we had to leave our room for a while. It was an interruption to our work and kids online schooling.

Breakfast was OK, convenient. I wish they had more options for drinks during breakfast, like some zero sugar juices or something would have been nice. But overall it was good. The rooms and beds worked well enough, not luxurious but definitely comfortable. My son used the pull out couch as a bed, and it was more comfortable than other hotels I have stayed at. I did some remote work, paid for the upgraded internet and it never really gave me a problem.

Nothing really to complain about. A few extra towels would have been nice but I got them easy enough, just had to go down to the front desk. Everyone I talked to was great. I didn't like that the TV interface didn't offer much. I purchased a Roku but had to manually swap out the HDMI cable in the back which was inconvenient, but it worked. I wish I would have liked to have had the option of a CAT 5 cable instead of only wifi for internet.

The room was spacious and the kids loved the welcome with my name on it; said why their names were not listed too😁. Overall, the areas I frequented appeared clean.

I didn’t expect the location to be in that area; looks more industrial with the warehouses surrounding it. The rate higher than expected. When we arrived, the elevator smelled like the urine of an animal. If possible, pets should be restricted to specific rooms, and guest with allergies to pets, should not be placed in those rooms and/or areas when requested. There were only two (2) towels, and the reservation I booked was for 1 adult and 4 kids (all 12 yrs old).

The room arrangement is very good for family, the sofa can be transferred to a bed very fast and easy. The location is close to the airport and highway to everywhere. The breakfast is good, I missed some veggies. Close to Walmart and Sam's Club

In one of the mornings we asked to clean the room. We came back at late night to find only the towels were replaced and the garbage was taken out. The room was not clean and was not arranged.

staff were super nice, rooms were decent for price , clean , quiet, nice kitchenette In king room, free parking, food close nearby, nice out front patio area with little fire pit.

bathroom door way too loud when closing and opening and jams everytime it’s shut, no heavy blanket for pull out couch just a thin sheet, really small pool , rooms a tiny out dated but I’ve seen worse not too bad

Breakfast was good for normal people that can eat everything you guys neat to have in mind people wha can not eat everything perhabs some one on diet by a doctor of a vegan person.

the cleanliness of the rooms & bath room shower head did have midew, one bed sheet were dirty we complane but the housekeepinv did nothing.
