We loved this place. The room was amazing with the best view, bath room was very spacious and love the bathtub, room was super big. Very comfy bed. And the best, the beach is just across the street. All personal was super lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend to stay here. Directly at Ozean drive and I can tell, crazy fun things happen at this street. Super fun! :D

It can be loud at night because this is literally at a party area. We know that and it didn’t bother us.

love the location and the rooms. close beach. nice pool. the spa is AMAZING. highly recommend solvejio for a massage. or just a day pass as it's very beautiful. staff is great. breakfast is pretty good. restaurant/ bar on site is nice. love the upgraded bathrooms!

very strict on check out time. for the cost of the room it would be nice with a little flexibility esp when it's not sold out. restaurants and spa staff not always on thier game.

Loved staying here - staff and hotel were great. My room was supposed to include a balcony and it did not. It also had windows that locked so I couldn’t open them to hear the ocean. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Our flights were morning arrivals and the hotel allowed us to check in much earlier than the 4pm check in time without an up-charge. The hotel looked updated. I like that beach chairs and bikes were free to use. Cold bottles of water were free and readily available, that was essential.

As expected the price was high for the room size, but that seems to be all of South Beach. Plus the restaurant food was costly, cheaper places just 10ft walking distance.

The location across from South Beach is amazing, and there was a music festival!

The bed was SO comfy, but they use a lot of bleach. There were a few holes in the sheets, but that’s probably from the dryer!

Location and friendliness of every employee I met. Housekeeper came in every day and tidied our room.

No kitchen area so no microwave. There was not a microwave downstairs either. I thought it was strange that there was only trash can and it was in the bathroom. It would be nice to have one near the bed or tv. Lastly, our room only had one washcloth on arrival. The next day the housekeeper came she replaced all other towels except no washcloths, which I’m not sure why. My friend ended up just using hand towels instead to shower.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of Ocean Drive beside all the restaurants, bars, etc and the beach just across the road. A spacious bedroom, very comfortable bed, very clean and air con was excellent. Cafe Americano, the restaurant downstairs attached to the hotel was excellent and the staff were fabulous. It was a great spot for sitting people watching and car watching. The heated pool was great, a good size and always had clean towels and sunbeds available.

The Air Con in the hotel downstairs in the foyer etc was too strong/cold

We had very noisy neighbors one night. Raucous partying until 3:30 am. It was a huge bummer. Guests staying on other floors who didn’t share a wall did not hear them, so the noise is likely only an issue of you are right nextdoor to loud drunk guests. The hotel has a restaurant in the property, Cafe Americano. Has something for everyone and a very pleasant atmosphere. Two things to note, Miami has 20% gratuity already always included and as a hotel guest you are supposed to receive 10% off of food from the restaurant. You must actively ask for the 10%. The bill looks for an additional 3-20% tip for your server.
