The hostel pool is nice, the staff is friendly and the room was very clean. The decor everywhere is very cool style too.

I think the lady at the reception when I arrived could've been more welcoming with explaining where is what, what are the rules, take me to my room or talk a bit more about the hostel activities.

Friendly and helpful staff. Best pillows ever!! Hostel bed construction was perfect with a bit of storage space and a shelf for phone/glasses right at your fingertips, a curtain, and a good ladder for top bunk. Breakfast was $13 extra but good value, and in a real restaurant. (Tip your server, you international MoFos!) Co-working space was lovely. Lobby coffee was good. Communal areas poolside and out back overlooking a river. ❤️ Eat at Tacos vs Burritos Cantina, nearby

communal kitchen doesn't have a full stovetop/ multiple pans, so the big backpacker pot-luck dinner (if y'all do that anymore) might require creativity

I finally stayed 2 nights because I enjoyed the vibe and the calm! The cleanliness, the patio by the river ( I did not have the chance to spot a manatee !!!), and the rooms are easily accessible! I had a powerful air conditioning and a spatious shower! There are many electrical outlets in the bedroom to charge our electronic devices! I was glad to sleep in a women bedroom.

These are small suggestions to maximise the kitchen facility: I would have like to be provided with more cooking stuff, since the stove only uses "induction cookware". I wanted to dry with a cloth in order to pass the pot to the next person and I couldn't find any. The wifi isn't working everywhere...

Everything was great!! The staff was awesome & so nice!! They let me storage my luggage before the check-in and for a few hours after I checked out. And helped to call for a te I because I had trouble finding an Uber. They do offer breakfast and have some grab and go items if you want too. There a few options to eat close by.

The location is a little bit far so you might have to take the bus or ride an Uber to get to some places of interest. I only have 2 observations that can be improved for the next guest 😊 first I made a reservation for a female bedroom but when I checked in there weren’t any available so I had to stay in a mixed bedroom (female & male), BUT they offered to change me in the second day but I decided to stay in the same bedroom because I was only staying for 2 days so). And the second thing was that the check out time was at 11 am and I was still on the bedroom getting ready, I was almost ready (it was 10:30) but the housekeeper already came in to clean so that was a little bit awkward 😅

It was economic but comfortable at the same time.

The staff continually coming into the dormitory to check it out. Not knocking everytime because different staff members, one she apologized when I said it to her. The 3rd cleaner, was rude didn't say anything at all but made sighing noises while she cleaned the bathroom, taking away the shower floor mat without leaving a clean one or towels even though i booked for 2 nights and needed clean towels. I felt invaded while i was there and like a 3rd class citizen being invaded all the time like my privacy wasn't important because i paid for a dormitory not an actual highly overpriced hotel room.

Quality bedding, the staff were helpful and all but one were very friendly. The location next to the river I saw a Manatee))

In the bed space the power and lights are not hooked up. 17 yrs traveling first hostel/ hotel that does not have lights or power inside the bed area. At the restaurant I had a regular cheese burger fry and water they added 20% which I did Not approve of I told the waitress I was going to leave $2 . So a burger and fry with water was over, $20+ menu priced $16. it’s the point of not having a sign and adding 20% without my consent.

We had a great stay. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, Staff is super friendly. The room is pretty basic with no television or closets but that did not bother us. The bed is very good and the shower has enough water pressure. Will definitely book again when we go back to Miami

It was my second time & I love that they were able to set me on female room, which is safer and cleaner. Aside I ask for late departure that was conceded...And when the lady self called manager rant me out, The Real manager was so professional and great & offered me from their cool fresh drinks & food a drink of my pick, so I choose "Coconut Water" and I didn't get charge. So those minor details can do the difference 🤗

Staff was always helpful and smiling, I loved that! from the receptionist to the bartender, to the cleaning staff and maintenance staff. we joined their daily yoga class at the pool deck, the instructor was lovely too. They have a small kitchen that is shared by the hotel guests, it was basic but it did it’s part, there is a nice riverside area to hangout outside of this kitchen, they also have a restaurant and they give you a welcome drink there. It was worth for what I paid and will come back!

The pool was nice but the furniture needs upgrading.

The pool was quiet and relaxing. people kept to themselves, and were respectful. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Steven helped me check in when me flight got in late at night. Another gentleman helped me make change and the staff were helpful in giving directions to get around. Wifi was great for doing work.

You have to ask for towels at the front, which is an added step when trying to get ready.
