The price of the room. Great staff

The pictures I seen online was not up to there standers

If at all.possible, go for the Bayfront room...they have the most incredible views. The rooms were abo e my expectations and the staff was super attentive.

The only thing I had an issue with were the signs everywhere directing me to "vending" on the 4th floor...for a single soda machine. This meant a nice stroll down the street to the Presidente or Speedway.

Beautiful, right on the bay with superb view and atmosphere. Very good and active staff, from front desk to maintenance to cleaning ladies, everyone absolutely devoted to their job. Clean pool and good/fun restaurant.

The only aspect out of context is the noice made by the air conditioning motors that are installed right below the rooms. Beside that, all was good!

Location is near Miami Beach center 30 minutes away but it was nice and easy to reach. Resturant at the hotel by the sea is a good alternative for lazy and tired nights. Drinks are great but not all the food. Go for cheeseburgers to be on the safe side. Also staff especially cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful.

The view was great and the location was convenient. It was also a bonus to have a decent restaurant on site. The bed was very comfortable and most importantly.....the AC was cold.

There was no awning to park beneath while unloading my luggage onto the luggage cart. In the middle of unloading, it started raining and all of my stuff became soaking wet. So, if it's about to rain, you either need to wait....or hurry. And the coffee in the room was....disappointing....very weak.

The location and the price were just perfect. Also, the hotel has a big parking lot and a nice pool. The rooms were huge and clean and the Wifi was strong. Will stay with them again for sure!

Excellent Hotel. Excellent location. View was great,pool area was lovely. Some reviews nearly put us off staying here but please don't listen to them. We are a very well travelled family. This hotel was great. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it but the food in Shuckers was really good. Reception girls were really friendly and helpful at both check in and out. Will stay again if ever we're lucky enough to holiday in Miami again.

Stayed here for 2 nights (2 adults and 3 kids 17,13,10) after flying in to Miami. We were traveling on to Orlando on the 3rd morning, this hotel was perfect for our needs and the price was the best I could find. Swimming pool, restaurant and bar (not to expensive considering the location) not too far from the airport after a long flight (30 mins). This place is great if you just want to have a day or two in Miami. A car is essential and its about 20 mins to Miami beach. a few shops and pizzerias near by. Nice views. I would stay here again with my family if visiting Miami

The charge for parking. I understand that hotels need to make money and a way to do this is to charge for parking on their premises, I payed for parking on an unsecured paved area which was completely open and also used as a construction site. For me it made this nice hotel seem greedy. Needs a little updating but we did not to go there to sit in the room.

Good value. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Loads of towels.

The bathroom was small - not an issue for adults but a challenge if trying to bathe / shower a child! Parking is an additional cost, while cheaper than other hotels / car parks, it would be great if it was included in overall cost.

The view from the hotelpool or from Shuckers waterfront grill=stunning ,parking free,John at reception = the best! Pool offers shade sometimes-towels at reception,breakfast also nice but extra 13$. 10-15' away from Ocean drive .Small souvenir & snack shop in lobby

1st allocated room was terrible at big parking side of hotel.Noise from Shuckers restaurant personnel during their break+ cars driving off and on with radios blasting....asked for other room & John gave us quiet poolside room,which saved our stay! Rooms could be a little more spacious,bathrooms also a little tiny but ok. Not much else in immediate neighborhood Disappointing to have to pay extra for breakfast.
