Location was great for accessing 8th Street for little Havana and also mcfarlane Road, grand avenue areas just round the corner. Huge balcony attached to our 2 bedroom suite. Nice outdoor facilities

We arrived early which I knew meant we may have to wait. From 3pm (yes I know earliest check in is 4 ) to 4.40pm we had to wait. No ice making machine for freezer which meant we had to keep asking at front desk. We stayed in room 502 and general room was fine. In the ensuite bathroom however the shower door and surrounds were mouldy. Overall I can't see how this hotel is billed as 4/5 star, more likely 3 or4 at a push.

This was our third stay at this property. We love that this is an all suite property. The location is fantastic and easy to get to from our Palm Beach county home, and easy walking to great restaurants and shopping. The waterfront location is wonderful. The valet parking is very helpful as parking situation in this area is challenging. The pool area is very pretty, and relaxing. An onsite restaurant is very convenient with tasty food. We would stay here again. A sidenote is that there are some permanent residence in this hotel, which makes it a bit different than your traditional hotel. There’s no room service that I am aware of but we’ve never really asked about it. Location too many and varied restaurants make room service pretty much unnecessary. You can always order and have things delivered.

Traffic noise is unavoidable in this area when you’re sitting on your balcony, but the view of the bay and the sailboat is certainly worth it. we were NOT troubled by traffic noise in our room.

Fabulous location in Coconut Grove, restaurants in easy walking distance. Spacious, clean, well equipped rooms.

Staff young and inexperienced. On first morning we asked for a taxi but staff had no idea what to do, the company they used charged us 3 times the going rate but they didn't do anything when we reported it. Restaurant couldn't serve us breakfast because 4 people were already in it. All very odd and not in keeping with the splendid rooms, location and histoy of the hotel.

The room was spacious for two of us and it has a pleasant view outlook the ocean

If they can provide a little more amenities such as laundry detergent, salt, and pepper, it would be nice.

We really liked the room, pool area and gym. The staff was nice and tried to help when needed. The hotel is really setup and appointed well.

Some things just needed to be attended to. We were in room 203. Pan was left in room kitchen with crusty stuff on it. Recliner chair was broken down and needed to be thrown out. Night stands in second BR were wobbly/loose. The big issue was the A/C unit was in the MBR and was loud turning on and off, kept waking us up at night. I was not sure why our room keys kept resetting either.

The front desk and support staff were friendly and helpful. Several times we asked for additional kitchen and bath products that we had used while we were there, it was never a problem getting any of those items replaced. The parking garage was behind the building with plenty of parking spaces, we were always able to park on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd level and they didn't mind us self-parking. There was always a parking attendant at the hotel entrance, who would remotely open the gate for us. The garage was always open and there was no limitation for entering or leaving the garage. The location was perfect, it was near the center of Coconut Grove with many shops and restaurants. We visited the Fairchild Botanical Gardens and Deering Estate where we went kayaking on Biscayne Bay. Both are a short drive from Coconut Grove and we enjoyed the beautiful large tropical trees shading the road. The Mutiny is a few blocks away from the shopping district so that we did not hear much noise. There are parks directly across the street, near the waterfront. Our balcony had pleasant breezes from the bay with views of the park, bay, marina, boats and islands offshore.

The hotel itself is beautiful. We loved how spacious the room was and how clean it was. Our only complaint was the mattress. It was very sunken in which made ir difficult to sleep well. Other than that our stay was wonderful. We will be back.

The property was in a beautiful location and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Our suite was clean and comfortable. The parking attendant/valet, reception desk staff and housekeepers were friendly and professional.

We ordered dinner from Table 14 located within the hotel. Although the website states guests can receive in suite room service, we were told upon ordering that they do not provide room service. When we went downstairs to pick up the order, they did allow us to place the charge on our hotel bill but said we couldn’t leave a tip on the charge. If it had been busy, we may have overlooked this. However, there was only one person sitting at the bar. Restaurant customer service is poor but the food was good.

Staff isn’t super friendly Female security in front was rude. She seemed to have a problem with us being an interracial couple. My husband and I both noticed her rolling her eyes, ignoring us when we walked in

Spacious apartment with excellent facilities, great ocean view and comfortable beds. Minutes from many eateries , the Market Fresh , Starbucks and excellent parks and gardens. Older style but clean and comfortable

The air conditioning whilst effective was so noisy, cutting in and out all night long. I had to resort to ear plugs
