Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Clean pool, well furnished gym and clean and functional laundry room for guests. The main thing for me was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone we met was extremely helpful and pleasant. i would highly recommend this motel to friends, family and colleagues. looking forward to staying for work again next week.

The Florida heat.

Breakfast, location, staff, size of the room and style of the bathroom!!! They have a really cute little smoking/ hangout section with the pretty bulbs over!!! Very comfy

The covers/ pillows were dirty…. The initial girl Christa didn’t clean at all but I requested my room be cleaned again and they sent Tilly who did a fantastic job!!!!

The breakfast was awesome, it was like a real restaurant breakfast with waffle, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, toast and pasty. It was a lot better than I expected. They also had a variety of juices. The room was cleaner than expected, like they clean it for someone they personally knew was staying there. Ms. Traci at the front desk is awesome, made us feel very welcome. We told her we we're traveling back home from a cruise and she wanted to know how it was, and seem excited about what we told her. She really made our day, after traveling for hours and needed a place to rest.

There is nothing that I can think of to make my stay better.

I loooove staying here! I come through from central Fl to Alabama and stop here in the middle for the night. their staff is very kind and has that southern hospitality. the breakfast lady is like a sweet grandma. the rooms are new and updated and the best price you will find around all Tallahassee. better than my stay at comfort inn.

it was all a blessed experience

The staff was very courteous and house keeping staff was the best I have ever encountered. The Continetal breakfast was superior. My wife and I agreed that we will not stay anywhere else if we are in Tallahassee.

The linoleum flooring was not laid right.

The price was good for just a quick overnight stay.

Terrible smell when you walked in the door. Most of the food was gone when we got to buffet at 730. The person working desk worked quickly to refill it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the employees were very cordial and friendly.

The only thing I found that needed addressed was the towels. We were supposed to have a certain amount and they were not there. We had enough and were able to have a good stay.

Excellent value. The location is less than ideal in some aspects, but it hardly matters when weighed against the exceptional value, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Parking is excellent and the breakfast was more than decent.

I like that every time I had to interact with the staff they were always personable and very polite. It's also nice that they have restated morning breakfast! The biscuits and gravy were well above average for morning hotel breakfast.

I wish the room was cleaner then it was. Seemed like a lot of the corners of the room were unkept and seeing I was there over an extended stay the cable channels left a lot to be desired.

the staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean. whenever I have to come back to Florida plan on staying at this location and using country inn wherever travels take me.

wish we could have used the pool but I did understand that they were waiting on inspections.
