No Breakfast
When I got there I was told they overbooked and had to wait to see if any rooms came available after 45 minutes to an hour I was given the last room available. The girl was very polite no issues with her, I actually felt bad for her because other people behind me were upset at the hotel being overbooked that were not given a room. The bed was very uncomfortable it felt like I was on springs only and the a/c was working poorly. People were drinking and smoking pot in the parking lot all night.

The room was comfortable
For a room that is advertised with a kitchenette there were no kitchen utensils or plates in the room. Also the elevator wasn't working so you had to climb stairs not very easy to carry big luggage up several flights of stairs

I didn’t like that the side door adjacent to the right side of the building doesn’t work. If they know it doesn’t work, why hasn’t it been fixed yet?

So clean the staff especially the housekeepers are phenomenal the price through booking.com is amazing amazinggg and the front desk manager the guy is so nice and understanding

This was really just a one night stop over on my trip. Location was convenient to I-10. The property was clean. Check in/check out was easy.
