The breakfast was great. The room was clean and no bed bugs which is a plus. The lighting in the bathroom was great especially for women who apply on makeup.

The location was far from South Beach Miami. Luckily, I had a rental car, but for someone who do not have transportation would not be to great. But the area was really nice. I still like the area. The room TV had no video, but the audio worked. A staff member came to fix it right away.

The facilities were modern and clean. Breakfast was great. Location for us was perfect. Easily access to main roads and different towns and attractions. The pool was clean and very nice to swim and relax

The pool towels are very small... But that detail is very little compared to the many good things the hotel has to offer

The site and room was clean and easy to navigate. the staff was always friendly and helpful.

(Not your fault) The location must be new because it confuses the GPS often. And depending on which direction you approach, it’s not always easy to see the sign. Even on a Google map, it appears as an empty lot.

I loved entrance very inviting, very clean and orderly. Greeted by staff, friendly, &professional. Room was very nice, clean, cool, well stocked and smelled nice & sanitized. All equipment worked well and I loved the privacy shades👌. The bed best EVER🛌

"My only complaint was the hot water went cold during my shower on 2 of my 4 nights as if it all had run-out. I was not very happy 😡 about this at a new fancy hotel". That's why I gave it a 9😊.

The staff was beyond great and accommodating. I had just came out of a traumatic experience at another hotel that was environmentally unsound and caused a lot of distress. The staff made sure I had a room to clam myself in. I was so released by their gentle and patient treatment. Kudo to all

Attentive staff. Very clean and modern public areas like lobby, hallway, rooms. Aesthetics very good. Decent breakfast station, although variety could be improved.

Breakfast could have more variety. Pool could be bigger.

They tell you about the $100 deposit at time of check in. They tell you after check out , you will get the deposit back, immediately. I was told I will get my $100 deposit in 2 to 7 days

Perfect for the last 2 nights of our holiday as moved closer to the airport. Exceptionally fresh and clean. The lighting in all rooms and communal areas was beautifully designed. Breakfast good.

The pool guy came and did an absolute basic task. Didnt clean the pool of dead flies and leaves. Just cleared the filters Otherwise everything was fab
