I loved that the breakfasts were fresh and varied. You can tell the effort put in, unlike other hotels I've gone to that were not so great and super clean. I also enjoyed that the rooms and halls smelled clean, the pillows were comfortable, and it was huge for me to be in a clean, spotless looking hotel.

Some staff were rude and most spoke Spanish around you like they were talking about you and not in a nice way.

Staff is great. Very dedicated. The place is almost new and is as expected. It would be better if all showers had a hand shower and if there where waffles for breakfast.

No waffles for breakfast and no hand shower on all showers, only for disable. The water pressure on the shower was week. One may believe it saves water, but it does not, because the amount of water necessary to remove soap is the same, and with a higher pressure it takes less time and water to remove the same amount of soap because will have the water and it's pressure against the soap, while the low pressure water acting alone will take longer and more water to remove the same amount of soap.

Although a short stay, it looked organized and clean.

The fact that, I was asked for the actual credit card used for the reservation, in order to check in. As the clerk said: “ you will not be able to stay”, I asked if I can use my phone, answered “NO”, then I was about to leave, to find another hotel, but my wife used her actual credit card to check-in….

The room was comfortable and clean. No noise or distractions at the facility. I enjoyed the food and the use of the gym. The staff were friendly and polite. The staff helped pick out excursions and actually gave directions on how to get there. I loved every minute and would definitely return in the future. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Everything was superb. There was nothing to dislike about my stay at the Hotel. I enjoyed every minute. Thank you for the marvelous opportunity.

My family and I (husband and 2 young kids) stayed here for 8 days and it was perfect! The location was great for our needs, the staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was also good - we always found something to eat and was a great start to our mornings. We didn't use the pool, so can not comment on this. I highly recommend and would definitely visit here again.

Everything regarding our one night stay was perfect.

I was told at check-in that because I booked with Biooking.com, I wouldn’t get any IHG points. I don’t recall seeing anything on booking.com that mentions that. Now, that’s not to say that it’s not mentioned. So, moving forward, I will have to rethink my use of the website.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the location was ideal.

There was what I can only consider odd behavior in the parking lot. Working men in a roofing van lounging around and cooking in the evenings. Not in any way threatening but just out of the ordinary. Another group of men in black shirts with suitcases of beer hanging out by a gray pickup. AGAIN, neither group were threatening or even problematic but just something out of the ordinary.
