In general, everything was fine, the employees, the cleanliness, the breakfast, Whenever I asked a question, I had the answer I needed, The employees are very friendly.

I didn't like several things: Right at the reception there is an air freshener that hurts people who are allergic, when I was checking it hit me directly in the face and I was sick, I got sick. Allergy people should be taken into account before using air fresheners like this. At breakfast time, they should not allow people who come in for breakfast to do so in inappropriate clothes. They should take care of the outdoor areas a little more, some are neglected.

Staff was wonderful and helpful with my family. The room was the perfect size for our 1-day stay, and my family enjoyed the pool for a while. The morning coffee, breakfast options were great. The staff was wonderful, making sure that all of the guests had the selections they needed and the coffee was always fresh.

We did not actually spend enough time at the site to find anything wrong or that we did not like, and I won't say that there were, but we did not encounter anything wrong.

Jorge in the front desk was so very helpful I was having a birthday party for my 10 year old grandauggter he literally made it a special surprise for her by going out of his way toakw sure her and her father where registered while I set up the gifts and balloons in the room above and beyond thank you Jorge 😊

Pool was cold

Breakfast was good, one more hour would have been helpful, even an extra half hour would be good

Ice machine on more floors, I only found one on the first floor. It is located on a busy street, I understand there's nothing you can do about that, lots of sirens for emergency equipment. You asked!

Parking area…. I had to leave early in the morning… At least 2 lamps in parking area were not lit… Security guard at the front desk instead of employee

The people in this hotel are the best I’ve seen. Eager to help , friendly, educated, and always smiling. Very hard working and serviceable. Thank you

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was better than last time I was there. Location is perfect . They allow dogs , which is very convenient for people traveling with fur babies

The room didn’t smell so good ,even tho it looked clean We were there a few months ago and the price was half of what we paid this time . This stay was overpriced

Ease of booking & location.

Front desk clerk was asleep while me & another person was standing at the front desk to check-in. Customer had to bang on the door to wake him up. Lastly, the room smelled like smoke.

The staff took care of the refrigerator issue very quickly. Gave us another room and apologized. We were very impressed. Already booked another stay at the same location in April. Thank you to all, Greg Lang

Refrigerator in the room didn't work.

Stay was comfortable and check in was quick and effortless. The Staff was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. I travel a lot for work and I will certainly stay there again.
