The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked great. The free breakfast was good. The shower was amazing. Super hot water and great water pressure. One of the best showers we’ve had in a hotel in a while. The staff were friendly and always available. Everyone was friendly in the breakfast area. We checked in super late. Called to let them know we were still coming and they had the keys ready when we arrived. Didn’t have to do anything but show ID and grab the key.

There was some dust visible at the bottom of the air conditioner on the carpet. Just could use a really good vacuum right there. The pillows are feather pillows and provide little support, like all feather pillows. We had planned to ask for memory foam ones the second night but were too tired to care. There is heavy traffic on the main road during the day. We couldn’t hear it in the room since the hotel is on a side street but patience is needed when leaving the hotel road and pulling onto the main street.

The premises was clean, the breakfast was good. I was greeted with smiling faces from the ladies at check in, they were very nice. I wasn’t familiar with the area but she gave me some suggestions on places to go. The cook was also nice and friendly.

Only thing was the room wasn’t very cold. We dropped the temp down low but it didn’t help much. Other than that everything was great.

I liked the comfort of the bed. the shower had a grab bar and towels were accessible. I appreciated the shelf for the soap and a separate shelf for shampoo, etc.! Breakfast was ok. favorite was western omelettes. coffee bar was awesome. I also love the Mexican restaurant next door. I called the hotel and was told the close early, around 7. We took a chance and we’re thrilled to find the restaurant filled and ready to accept more customers. Joining with this restaurant would benefit both businesses.

at breakfast, few guests cleaned up after themselves. The person refreshing the food could have cleaned tables, sprayed them for Covid and other germs, and prepared them for other guests. we ate at 9:00. breakfast ended at 10 and no effort to clean were observed. During this time, I believe we must be diligent in keeping common areas cleaned!

I checked in through the app before I even left home - I had a late start and would have gotten in very late. Checking in, using the app as my keycard and checking out via the app were quick and super convenient.

The room was clean and while the breakfast aas par to free breakfast at a hotel, it was good. The staff was very polite and friendly. I only wish that the heavier, decorative curtains could have been closed to hide the light from the parking lot coming in through the window.

This is my third time staying here and as usual, the service and facilities are great. Breakfast was great as usual with plenty of variety, and everything was fresh.

If I had to say anything bad it would be: I wanted a ground floor room and got a fourth floor room. It was very busy and I understand, but this is the only thing I can think of.

The breakfast was hot and full of variety. I have stayed here numerous times and its always hot and ready. Each time we come to Ocala we stay here. Always friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can think of is my wife thought the shower door at the bottom needed cleaning.

The breakfast was good. The location was well marked. The hotel is being renovated. The room we stayed in was updated, quiet and clean.

The breakfast room will be nice when the renovation is complete. For now it is clean but average.

The staff was really helpful and acomodating thet helped with checking in and help with a mishap that happened politely and got it resolved easily. It was a fun visit great Job

Everything was good I dont have any complaints

We stay at this Hampton every year while visiting family, they always have a hot breakfast to start our day and a good selection of hot teas, coffee and hot cocoa to end our day.

With my husband being disabled and me the only one working we have to budget and plan everything, so the only thing I wasn't happy with was the surprise fees. When I made the reservations I was told one price but when we arrived we were told there was an extra 20% for existentials incase we use the market place, cable etc. Yes we got it back 3 to 5 business days after our stay, but we should have been advised of it ahead of time so I could have accounted for the lack of funds during our stay.

The breakfast was great. It was hot and had a good variety. Plenty of seating and clean.

I travel a lot for business. And for the price, this was by far the best stay I have had in three years. I definitely be staying here again.
