Participated in the Tunnel to Towers 5K on Saturday 09/10/2022 which was held at Cranes Roost Park. As the Hotel borders Cranes Rost Park it was the perfect location to stay. This was my 5th year coming to this Embassy Suites hotel for this event. As usual my stay at this hotel was the excellent. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent restaurant, and a friendly bar made my stay enjoyable. I will be back for next year's Tunnel to Towers event.

2nd floor room rear sliding glass door was sealed and unable to be opened. I do like fresh air over closed room air conditioning. (There was a sign on the sliding glass door stating that the door was sealed and unable to be opened) This was the first where I couldn't open the glass doors.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen sink, fridge and microwave. The desk chair was comfortable for long telecommute sittings. The gym was well equipped and maintained. Nice breakfast buffet with omelet station. Large social area that easily could accommodate large groups, ideal for weddings or reunions and conferences. Free happy hour! Great restaurant with room service.

The couch in the living room area was very uncomfortable. The wood furniture and cabinets have seen better days badly scuffed, poorly repaired. There was a mold spot on the ceiling in the shower. The wardrobe was nice but I could have used some dresser drawers.

Proximity to Cranes Roost park. The appetizing breakfast. The amazing staff. The peaceful atmosphere. No noise.

When I spoke to the desk I was informed that the construction was completed. However, the construction team and activity did not affect the stay.

The breakfast was great AND I especially want to point out one person who was VERY friendly, helpful, and outgoing. Lisa, one of the breakfast area staff, was wonderful. If you tell her this came from the sisters with the "flying Fork", she'll know who you mean !

Weeelllll, I always hesitate to give negative comments because I know everyone is short-staffed these days. The first morning we got up, the toilet overflowed and we used our towels to soak it up. Maintenance came while we went to eat. When we got back to our room, the towels were still on the floor and we weren't sure if the toilet was working or not. I went to the front desk and asked for housekeeping to come and for word on if the toilet was fixed. We then went to see films as we were there for the Florida Film Festival. We got back to our room hours later and no housekeeping and no word on the toilet. We stayed here before for the festival and probably will again BUT, they need more staff. The staff that WAS there were ALL friendly !

Room size

House keeping was horrible staff didn't clean room fully. Didn't leave me.any wash clothes.Then when they did come. Acted like didn't understand what a wash cloth was. Had to show him. While the whole time he's on his phone. Didn't even take the dirty towels. Had to sit them outside of my room door. House keeping I give a 0 too

We were there for 5 days with a 2 year toddler We never got our room cleaned We requested a cleaning on day 3 Housekeeper just brought in towel and toiletries On day 4 We were going out request a cleaning Came back to the room a couple hours late The room not been cleaned Around 5 pm when we were trying take a nap house keeping showed up

The breakfast was very good with a great variety of hot and cold foods. The atrium is beautiful with lots of tropical foliage. The room was very quiet and comfortable. I really like having the two room suite. The location in Altamonte Springs is great; right on Crane's Roost park and walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores.

Some things in the room are looking a little run down and could be cleaned or replaced. You need to ask at the front desk each day that you would like to have your room made up.

This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations! I was in town for my brother’s graduation. When we arrived, it was late at night, but we enjoyed the fact that there were several restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel. We were also able to see that the hotel sat in front of some type of body of water. The next morning we were able to see that it was even more beautiful than we expected! There were lots of amazing Christmas decorations and it was just such a beautiful scene! Not to mention the breakfast was out of this world! The cook gave us lots of good directions to things we should see in the city!

There were lots of kids that were running through the hotel while we were there. That could have been prevented.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and so courteous! Meril couldn’t have been anymore helpful than he was. The location was great! The beds were so comfortable! Despite the ongoing renovations, we still enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

We understand that it is under renovation...But, it didn't really affect us..there was just alot of construction.. We look forward to returning when it is complete. The staff and the room were great. Thank you.
