The staff were incredibly nice - both when checking in and when checking out. The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. Loved that there were lots of pillows. When I needed plastic silverware on one of the nights, the front desk had some to provide. Location to the highways was great.

Parking lot has somewhat of a narrow space near the entrance so at times it caused a little jam with bigger vehicles. Really not a big deal at all.

I love the service, the installations are very clean and neat. they have a pub restaurant all decorated from a bar in Ireland, and is very nice! the installations were clean. pillows and mattresses here are always good, one of the main why I always chose Sheraton.

I got a room with a balcony, I wish we could have found some chairs to seat out there. The air conditioner was licking water so it left a lot of water out on the balcony, other than that everything was good.

It was close to my destination. The bed was comfortable.

I was not impressed. We stayed in room 694. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. I was expecting these rooms to be over and and above the normal rooms. I was disappointed. We paid $835.00 for two nights and thought by paying for nicer and bigger rooms that we would have received more but we did not. Sheraton it's time for some upgrades.

The breakfast was very delicious and the staff was very professional

The breakfast could have been included with the price of the hotel the room was just a little bit too cold you could not control the thermostat yourself

Everything was beautiful, clean, safe and comfortable!

I believe signs should be posted in parking lot; “no backing in allowed along sidewalk of the property” For when my Aunt and I came back at midnight, we could not use the sidewalk. which I felt was very unsafe.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They couldn't have been kinder!! We were in town for my husband's sister's memorial and I wish we could have stayed longer!

I loved the facility. The staff was super nice. There was a wedding going on which was nice to see.

The bed was super hard and the balcony was maybe 24 in wide so barely even enough to stand on.

Only there for a short period but the bed as great. I slept very well. Love hotels with blackout curtains that completely close!

Room smelled like cigarettes. Also couldn't connect to WiFi for some reason.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and fast. Hotel is a bit dated which I even liked in the end. Finally, it is an amazing value for money.

Even though booking said that there is breakfast available there was no breakfast due to COVID. There was a small cafe where you could buy coffee and snacks, but I didnt like it. Parking was pretty expensive compared to the price of the hotel, and given that it was half empty. Also, it was self service parking.
