Location was perfect. I wanted to stay very close to I-Drive and ICON Park and the location achieved that.

Water in the shower and sink became cold one morning. Had to call twice to the office but the maintenance man resolved the issue within 2 minutes of arriving.

Great location near Universal Studios and some of the best shopping malls and outlets. You have plenty of eating options at walking distance. Room was nice with a really confortable bed, air conditioning and all the essentials you will need for your stay, including a small chiller. On top of all that, staff is super friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast was good but could offer more variations. I was in for six days and every day they offered the same options, basically cereal, eggs, sausage and bread. There was also some fruit, coffee and juices. Room was ok but a coffee maker on the room would be a nice touch

Its close to the Universal Parks & tons of places to eat close by.

Soda machines kept eating my money. Staff made it right.

Check in was fast and smooth. They told me everything i needed to know. parking was great. wasn't too crowed. I drove a big van. getting in the room the bed was big and comfortable. the pillows were very soft and comfortable. the AC kept up keeping the room cold from the heat outside. the view wasn't bad. i was facing the pool and the street that leads to towards international dr. the breakfast was really good. breakfast potatoes sausage patties toast, scrabble eggs and hard boiled and more. juices. loved the fact that this location is close to international dr. you can walk there or hoop on the bus.

feels like there was supposed to be a microwave in the room. there was space on the top of the fridge but missing one. they put me in a room that i could hear who ever next door. their bed or chair, something had the loudest noise when they sat on it. that gotten annoying. the room was also at the very end of the property. walking to the breakfast in the mornings was annoying. being so far at the end of the property the wifi couldn't reach. never gotten to use that. the channel selection on the tv wasn't that great. if you have kids. good luck on that entertaining them. i didn't see any movie channels. when you turn on the tv it says no signal. i had to find out myself that you have to just press the up or down channel buttons to get to the stations.

Location was great 10-15 from every where we were going. Had a pool view, the Wheel at Icon park view, and Fun spot view! Basically just slept but the pool was enjoyable while we took a break from the theme parks.

Not a bad thing but my room key wasn’t working so the door wouldn’t opened so the front desk had the on-site maintenance personal fix and my room keys worked! I will say it was great to have a fridge it kept thing super cold but a microwave in room would have been great!

the reception staff are not nice at all they have a lot of attitude. i asked one of the time for the time of departure of the shuttle and she did not reply but turned to me the sign that says it. could be a lot nicer

Great location, clean rooms and a nice pool - it is good value for money. Really close to the theme parks and offers a shuttle service to the parks. The breakfast was also okay.

There was quite a lot of noise at night due to couple of guests having a small party and the outdoor facilities could be cleaner (elevators, staircases)

The property was beautiful well-maintained. The rooms were clean and inviting. Pool area was well-kept a lot of fun. I their breakfast was better than most.

The only thing negative that I have to say about our experience is that, my son gets sick and we had requested that morning for housekeeping to come in and change the bedding. I personally spoke with someone upfront and the housekeeper and gave the room number. We left confident that it would be done. When we came back to our room that night the better linens had not been changed or removed and the room smelled bad. I went immediately to the front desk, and was told there was no housekeeping after 5 o’clock. However he did assure me that he could give me the linens for the bed. He was prompt in doing so.

The staff is very professional, they don't chit chat at all. They focus on completing each transaction carefully.

They didn't have Microwaves in the rooms. It's a beautiful hotel in desperate need of new coat of paint will make the place come alive. Pressure clean the side walks in corridors. Overall great price for the stay.
