It is next to everything or walking distance at least ! Especially since we were there for something in particular. We felt sooo extremely welcomed and they had free beer and snacks from 5-7pm M-T which we were not expected. The breakfast was best one I’ve probably every had!! Not to mention they have a great mini mart plus laundry. There was a young lady who had helped us with our issue and she was the best highlight of the hotel

Our tv internet didn’t work and we really wanted to stay in for a few nights. The front desk had an engineer come in the room and the guy tried to fix it for an hour and a half and never was able to. We asked the front desk crews over and over and they never fixed it. We asked for a manager 3x and No one ever called either. I’m still waiting be the chief engineer promised us a few thousand points on our Marriott bonvoy rewards account

I love the room I stayed in, very clean and simple. You can link up your account to the TV to access Netflix, Hulu, youtube, and etc. and TV will prompt to sign off before you check-out. The staff was very hospitable and I got to briefly converse with some of the them during my stay. I would also like to highlight the complementary wine and cheese!

There weren't too many personal care options except for painkillers. If you needed toothpaste, shavers, or feminine care products, you will need to drive out (if you have a rental) to the pharmacy or order via Uber.

Location and friendly staff. Awesome breakfast.

The small pool was in the front of the hotel and not private.

they allow pets which is ok for people to go have them. the floor was covered in 3-4 different types of pet hair. we asked the desk if they could just swifter the floor and nobody came to clean it either day.

We got in late from being at universal all day so we only brought in one bag without all of our things. When I went to take a shower (hair wet already) I quickly realized there was no shampoo/conditioner in the pump in the shower. All of ours was out in the car so that was a bit of a pain, but otherwise everything was great.

The breakfast was good, staff was friendly, the hotel is very clean , I love the smell of the air freshener at front desk and sitting area. The pool is very clean. I really love the place. My family I plan on going back next summer.

Clean, great location

Our child had an accident in bed and we asked for service to change out the sheets. Upon returning that evening we found the clean sheets set at the edge of the bed for us to make. Not sure why they just did not make the bed. Must have been a strict policy or just pure laziness.

I love how close it was to everything. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel had a great view of the wheel which made the stay much more enjoyable.

I wish the breakfast didn’t end so early.

we were able to get a free upgrade due to our reserved room not being clean yet. the rooms with the kitchenette was amazing. the location was perfect for Universal. no charge for parking is a plus for the hotels in this area

no daily housekeeping. BUT the front desk is very attentive. they have most of what you need there and what we requested, more towels, actually got to our room before we were able to get there on the elevator

The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, smart TV , small useful kitchen, great desk and chairs.

When we checked in we didn’t had hand soap and the phone in the room didn’t worked. They helped up and fixed it fast. The shower gel and shampoo were not enough and the toilet makes a scary noise while flushing; a noise that you can hear from the other rooms as well.
