I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for a trip, and we were very pleased with our experience. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making us feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for everyone. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options, including pancakes, juices, fruits, cereals, bread, cupcakes, and eggs.

It was clean

The manger checked me out and then I got my deposit and it was taken I waited two weeks to find the motel is trying to steal my deposit by saying I smoked in the room. First I don't smoke second I had my child with me and third , no one has called me back about my 150$ deposit plus I paid 129$ for the room. 279$ I could get a Airbnb for this .. management are thieves

Friendly staff, quiet location. Near food and shopping. Closer to Univetsal, but we went to Disney. E en though it was a long drive to Disney , he traffic was nonexistent. Everything in the Disney area is a mad house! The breakfast area was clean and good. The selection was good. Will stay again.

No daily cleaning service. Our toilet overflowed, and there was no ones to clean it. It was Christmas so my husband asked for a mop and cleaning supplies. We had to buy our own to clean and sanitize the bathroom. Also someone on our floor reeked of Marijuana.

Location, room size, cleanness, overall look of the building

The kitchen staff needs training, both days they were out of breakfast @ 0900, no eggs, no waffle mix, no pastries, no coffee, had to wait when that should be continuous supply until 10am. They should keep an eye to see what needs to be re-supply before people have to ask. The “small” convenient store needs better selection. Coffee and hot water should be available 24/7.

The staff was great and the breakfast was very good. Also the breakfast times starting early was very helpful because we were there for a tournament which started early.

The bathrooms could use a bit of updating with some light stains on the ceiling.

Just what we expected, from the staff to the room it was awesome, I like the location as well because it is off highway 95 south so we just hop off get some sleep and continue the next morning down to Florida since we we were traveling from New Jersey and got a little tired driving.

Everything was just great nothing to complain about.

I didn't like the fact that she charged my credit card when I clearly asked her not to. I wanted to use my debit card that I used to book the room to pay for the room but she told me she needed a credit card and that it wouldn't be charged, it was just for holding just in case. Then I look at my credit card the next day and she charged it anyways. No it's not pending it's been charged and the money they took off my debit card was refunded and total charge on my CREDIT CARD. She just did what she wanted to do

I had requested an early check in and while the room wasn’t ready I did receive a call when it was ready. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast provided was delicious. The rooms were spacious. Its a great location from all the local parks.

The bathroom curtains were torn and had holes in them. We waited a while to be checked in while a woman was on a private phone call.

Breakfast was good and a lot to pick from each morning. Very clean. Front desk staff was awesome. The room was nice.

The pool. Not being able to use it sucked. But letting us use Holiday Inn pool was weird but nice
