Everything y'all have is excellent good stuff very clean and you make everyone feel welcome I always keep coming back the food great also you have good customer service

The only issue y'all have is later during the evening or at night the parking sucks you can't find no parking space later during the night that's something that you really need to look into and look at to make parking much better but other than that y'all guys are excellent it just the parking

Breakfast buffet was good value for the cost. The location was fantastic. It was close to Outlet, Entertainment, food, the stadium. The staff was phenomenal and accommodating. The pool area and tiki bar were ideal.

I didn't care for the outdated rooms, but renovations are starting on September 4th. I'm excited about the updates being made. The elevators could use some upgrading. Overall the hotel needs to be updated.

We stayed at Hilton Garden for a night after our flight back to Nashville was delayed for a full day. We were tired and not in the best mood, all of our travel arrangements had gone wrong and we expected to get to the hotel and have an issue there too but check in was fast and the staff was extremely helpful. Missy at the front desk especially, she tried to be as accommodating to us as possible. We so appreciated her.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The shower was nice, the bed was comfortable, everyone there was so friendly and nice. I told my husband even other guests were very friendly along with any staff member I had contact with! It literally is close to whatever you want. Took us 5 minutes to get to Universal Studios.

The refrigerator was noisy, very annoying it kept waking me up to the point I almost unplugged it. Nothing else was unpleasant.

The room and service was well.

One thing that I can honostly say regarding the bathroom. The shower basin needs a foot grip bath mat. It's very slippery in that tub basin. I'm merely suggesting this as it can be a liability for the Hilton brand. Also, the ice machine was out of order on our floor. We were in room 203 and we had to get our ice from either 3rd floor or first floor. Parking overall, there were no parking spaces available Saturday night arriving back to the property. I called the night auditor about the issue and she advised me to park around the the front roundabout flag area or the over flow parking was next door at another property. I parked around the flag round about. But we enjoyed the stay, these are just some things I noticed doing our stay. Thanks.

First room was very noise. But then, they changed our room and everything was good.

The bar had great drinks and the food was delicious we got wings and fries and it was a ton of food. The breakfast was extra but a cheaper option then eating breakfast at the theme parks so I was a good deal would definitely go again and recommend to others

There was no good movies on but that wasn't the hotel's fault

Location was excellent. Close to alot of shopping, Universal Studios and food. The staff was really friendly and the lobby was very nicely decorated for Christmas and there was plenty of parking. The pool was heated, they had a nice fire and they had a tiki bar that you can order food. Their chicken quesadillas are pretty good.

Our room was clean at first glance but it was really sticky beside the bed and stuff was left by the last guests behind the television stand. Also, the bar closes down at 10pm and the bartender/hotel takes an 18% gratuity without telling you that it's included in your final bill at the bar. So just make sure you look at your bill. Which is common sense but I made that mistake and I left a cash tip thinking I didn't leave a tip on my card.

When I walked into the room, I was like WOW! Everything was clean, organized, excellent!

What I didn't like was leaving. But hey, people gotta work & I WILL be looking up this place again.

I liked the location, the food was great, the hotel provided complimentary water bottles and there was a free shuttle to Universal Orlando. The hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and a lot of activities for families

The only thing I didn't like is that breakfast wasn't included. It would have been great if the breakfast was included.
