Very clean, safe, mostly friendly and helpful personnel, very comfortable and great pool area.

The resort fees are brutal. $39 per night for things almost no one uses. Absurt trend. The food is way too overpriced for what you get. We ordered nachos for $16 (ex tax and tip) and what you get was really poor. Nachos sauce instead of actual cheese. After this we rather not eat at all than to order from the hotel. The shower was great, but the water did not go to the drain. After every shower the bathroom was full of water.

Location

Advertised price is misleading. By the time they added the resort fee, parking fee, and taxes, the bill went from 113.00 to 209.00. They justify the resort fee with a paper that says this fee is a value of 119.00 and that it includes the gym, the pool, 2 bottles of water per day, and other things that should not be billed separately from the room rate.

Room is very spacious, bed comfortable as were the pillows. Nice food, good swimming pool. Excellent location for Disney Springs.

I do believe the daily resort fee is excessive for what you get especially when your also paying for car parking.

Room was excellent, location 10/10. Easy uber/free shuttle to the parks, walking to Disney Springs and beautiful pool/relaxing area. They were accommodating for us with a late check out for a late flight. I did leave clothes in our room and remembered after we checked out. The head housekeeping lady was great and found the maid who had cleaned our room and put all my forgotten items in a bag to bring to the front desk and just hadn't had the chance to do so yet. Will be returning for sure! Had a great time! Love having a balcony view as well!

Wish breakfast was free, Wish the shuttles ran a little later at night, by the time the parks close the shuttle doesn't run anymore.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location - walking distance to Disney Springs and free shuttle to Disney parks. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Good for use as a base particularly if visiting Disney parks.

Walls a little thin so you may want to bring some earplugs if you end up with a room next to screaming kids!

It is a short walk to Disney Springs. There are lots of local stores nearby including Target and BJ's.

The hotel breakfast was a little pricey for breakfast buffet. It was $60 plus tip for 2 adults. We did better at a Disney hotel on our second day, not a buffet but much less expensive and better selection. Parking is also a little pricey.

Walkable to Disney Springs. Free Shuttle bus to theme parks. Big room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked omlets. Staff really friendly, helpful and into the Disney Spirit.

Bar/restaurant offerings minimal. Very cold there. The bedroom had no ceiling lighting and the lamps didn't give enough light.

Good service and good amenities

My reservations said something about inlcuding breakfast for two but it was not included. Still had to pay for aprking and additional fees and taxes when i got there. So besides the paying for hotel it was $160 more when we got there. Nothing told me that.

Check-in was super easy, staff was lovely, our room didn't have a musty smell at all and the air conditioner worked well.

The layout of the hotel and parking lot means you could be walking a LONG WAY to get to/from your vehicle, like we did.

Great location and value for money. You get the benefits of Disney affiliation without the Disney resort price. It's clean, functional, and exactly what you need after days at the parks. The booking of the theme park shuttle is super easy and they have al the info you need for connecting everything in the Disney app. Its location to Disney Springs is a short walking distance to access those facilities easily. Free tea and coffee are perfectly located in reception, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

There wasn't anything not to like, it's an older hotel that's adapted to have some modern functionalities like USB charging in lamps. It does what it needs to, with the important part being that it is clean, friendly, and welcoming.
