The room size was perfect for our family. The location was close to Disney Springs and other great attractions in the Orlando area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering travelling to Orlando.

I don't like paying for parking when I am already paying for a room. I believe that parking should be free when staying at any hotel. I also didn't like that the room was not serviced daily. This hotel does NOT service rooms daily. I am paying good money to stay in a hotel, I expect full service everyday.... fresh towels, bed made, room vacuumed, etc

I liked the location, that it is so close to Disney Springs, to the outlets, and plenty of awesome places to eat, outlet stores, gas stations, and other fun little tourist spots. I liked the size of the room it was spacious, kitchenette was big for us to bring snacks and food from home. Free cookies were delicious!

I did not like the lighting in the rooms, so dim at night. The bed sheets looked old and used up. The carpets smelled like feet. Bed mattress was so soft that your body sinks in and it gets uncomfortable, I did not sleep well both nights. Decor could use some updating felt like my room was from 1992 not 2022.

The suite was, frankly, huge for the price - quite, clean, and cofortable. We had two queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room with its own TV - which made our tween happy. The pool was very nice.

Wish there was a freezer in the mini fridge so we could keep our ice packs cold for Disney. I didn't like paying for parking [but we were prepared for that, and pricing was competitive to other hotels in Disney Springs]. I wish there were four chairs at the dining table instead of 3, that was challenging. And I wish their breakfast was more reasonably priced. $50/day was more than we were willing to pay so we ate granola bars while waiting for the shuttle!

Great location with free shuttles to/from Disney World parks. The shuttle service was great. It was on time, comfortable, and the drivers were friendly and helpful (we had a big stroller). Hotel rooms were really nice and the beds very comfortable. Our two rooms were located very close to one another as requested. Daily free water bottles and cookies were much appreciated!

Would be nice if the breakfast were included in the price.

We really liked the staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. We also found the location to be ideal. We were within walking distance to Disney Springs and they offered a free bus service to all of the Disney parks. We were also offered an upgraded room for a very good rate, which we took advantage of and truly enjoyed!

The ONLY thing that was not great was the water temperature. The water never got hot and our showers were rather luke warm and some days just plain cold.

Clean, bed were very comfortable and the room service for changing linens was wonderful and done every other day.

The bathroom was not properly planned, it was wheel chair compatible but the wall where the sink was located blocked you in and I hit my elbows every time I brushed or dried my hair.

The room was great; breakfast was good; location was good. It was walking distance to the shopping at Disney Springs and a short Uber ride from Disney World.

The transportation provided to Disney World was terrible. The bus driver told us to get on the wrong bus, and we ended up at Epcot instead of the Magic Kingdom. We had to take the train, gondola, and boat to the Magic Kingdom because of the mess up. We just used Uber for the remainder of the trip. Much faster and got us to the right location.

I liked that it seemed like a very safe location. Being a solo female traveler on this trip made that a very important factor.

I thought the bath was very outdated and the bed was not very comfortable. The mattress was way to firm for my liking.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are very spacious and the bedroom is separated by a sliding door from the living/eating area. The room includes a mini bar (small fridge, microwave, small sink), not a kitchen. But it was still good enough for us. Very close to Disney Springs it's probably a 10 minute walk there. They provide a great breakfast buffet. And offer 2 bottles of water and warm cookies per day. We had a great time at the pool. It was heated and they have a little park, tennis court and splash area along with an outside bar. Inside they have a small store, a bar and restaurant. They also serve food all day. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cheesy tater tots for lunch. My favorite part of my stay was being surprised with balloons and a birthday card from the hotel staff. Everyone seemed to know we were celebrating a birthday. It was a great experience and we will definitely come back again. Thank you everyone at Doubletree.

The room temperature was set at 65 degrees during the day and it still felt a little warm. And 67 to 70 at night and was cold and comfortable.
